Woke up covered in bug bites!!!

The building itself is old. I love all the plants and tropical vibe. The staff had very minimal contact other than check in and check out. The facilities appeared clean upon entry but the sitting areas by the pool and the gazebo had garbage on the floor and in the water. The Rooms were stuffy, the TVs are very old (neither of the remotes worked) and the beds are extremely HARD. The toilet in our room was cracked at the base and the floors were very dirty. I had to wear shoes the whole time. If you need a room in a pinch for a good price for a family of 5 or 6, its perfect as some of the rooms have 3 beds, but there are better options.

The staff are so lovely and welcoming. They tolerate our team running around. The place isn't spotless but they are just so kind and welcoming that I don't care!

Quick and great check in for our team. We travel and stay here every year.

The room was clean and smelled good when I went in. The bed was comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Room/ hotel needs upgrade beds are comfy

There appeared to only be one person working, therefore check-in took a long time. The room was not clean. It smelt weird, the floors were dirty and there was hair in the bed. There was no tv remote, and there was no lamp, or place to charge your device. Also only one night stand which is very inconvenient. The parking lot was half full of vehicles with no license plates on them. This hotel seems to be getting worse everytime we stay there. Definitely going to have to find a new go to hotel.

Friendly staff and rooms are dated but clean. But, very noisy! Not because people were partying or anything like that. Walls are paper thin and all sounds echo through the large common area. Asked for ear plugs at the front desk and they didn't have any. Breakfast doesn't have any sort of protein either. No hard-boiled eggs. Just very sweet and surgery options.

As always, the staff are exeptional. Extremely helpful. The hotel is always clean. Enjoyable!!

Very polite and courteous staff. Many improvements made since my last stay including improved parking security

Bed bugs. The room smelled like cigarettes. Floor was dirty. Stains all over the bed sheets. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fine.

Rooms smelled clean, Daljit front desk afternoon was quit friendly. The free breakfast nook needs more organization and selection. Hot tubs should be up and running. Other than the few negatives, I had a great stay😊
