Cama incomoda que se movía, ca

Room was fine, did not use pool. Staff was great. Food was good in dining room and well presented. Very nice hotel and filcilities. Looking forward to our next adventure stay in Salou

Las camas un poco aguadas y son muy pequeñas.

Excellent breakfast lots ot choose from, and even English Products :) Staff were friendly, a little noisy in the hotel with doors closing. Beds were comfy and AC was very good in the room

Nice hotel, well located, small but comfortaroom with good bed, missing desk for computer. Good breakfast selection though I fail to understand the saving issue by providing poor and thin orange or other djuses.

Mala atencion del personal tanto en recepcecion como en cafeteria.Las habitaciones son pequeñas sin armarios y con camas muy pequeñas.No se puede considerar un cuatro estrellas

Instalaciones se corresponden con la categoria del establecimento. Limpieza impecable. Personal amable con muy buena disposición y prefesionalidad

Promises much but delivered less. The breakfast times was not good, the spa could not be assessed unless you buy some products Not having it

Personnel au top ! Restauration au top La seule chose que j’ai pas aimé c’est le ménage dans les chambres, beaucoup de poussière sous les lit meuble ménage très mal fais. On a dû changer de chambre car sa sentais les égouts dans les wc et salle de bain ce n’étais pas propre !

This is a review of two halves, firstly let's cover the good. On arrival the reception was clean and welcoming with friendly attentive staff. The location is good just a short walk from the beach with pleasant cafes and restraunts nearby. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. The Noise!! The noise from the corridors in this hotel can only be described as 'haunting', heavy doors with overpowered self closing mechanisms just left to slam shut by inconsiderate guests at all hours. 1am... Bang bang bang bang.... 3am bang bang bang bang..... 6am bang bang bang bang... 9am bang bang bang bang... You get the idea. This is almost always followed or preceded by bellowing fog horn type shouting from the less desirable type of guests. Whilst I accept this isn't the hotels responsibility per se attempts should be made to advise the anti social among us to be or at least attempt to be respectful and considerate to other guests. Next up bed bugs! What else is there to say about this? We had bed bugs and subsequently bed bug bites... Wonderful! We had the breakfast buffet and whilst there was plenty of choice and everything nice and clean most hot food was unfortunately cold. We spent 3 nights here and on this occasion it was 3 nights too many!

Perfect for a getaway close enough to beach.

Para entrar al spa se pagan 15euros Esa información es importante al elegir un hotel y no estaba No había parking ng ni gratis ni pagando. Mi auto quedó lejos.

indien mogelijk graag een normaal hoofdkussen,bij navraag,niet mogelijk. zeer tevreden met ALLES,kom met zekerheid terug in dit hotel.

Hotel propre, personnel sympathique

Food was cold had to use a microwave to warm it up I think the food is what they used for lunch for all inclusive for an eveing pool was dirty from things off the trees getting in only cleaned it on morning. Bit far out to beach if you got walking problems taxi charge what they want
