Ease of check in and comfortable room.

Clean and comfortable with welcoming staff

Room temperature management was very difficult and made for a disturbed night. I'm not an idiot but it was just too difficult. I think there were timers also which meant I could not get heat when I needed it.

Had a number of issues, starting with the fact that I'd booked a 'quiet' room and nevertheless was booked into a room on the first floor, directly above the noisy bar. Only when challenged did the hotel agree to move me to a second floor room further away. Despite this I still heard the music from the bar until around midnight. The hallways additionally have dividing doors that slam if guests don't close them softly, so that wakes you throughout the night. Overall not a quiet/restful night. The room was also not in great condition, with signs of leaks from above (staining to bathroom/bedroom ceiling). The shower ('rainfall') literally poured water over the top of the shower head which went everywhere. In summary I'd not choose to stay here again.

Front desk wasn’t attended to throughout, It was too noisy with parties till after midnight. Could not sleep peacefully at night.

The room was set up for 1, ie: 1 glass, 1 tea bag, 1 ser of ear plugs. Check in was not smooth. Carpet stained. The biggeat thing that would stop us returning is the big pile of vomit from the nightclub which could have easily been cleared up first thing and swillwd away with hot soapy water.

Lady who checked us in was great and we were offered a larger room without asking. Room was great! Loved our stay.

Spotless room and very comfortable. Staff very attentive and friendly. Love this place and so easy get to central London by train under 30 min.

Although when I booked the room was advertised as a noisy room, I assumed that meant noise from other guests. Had I known it was because there is a nightclub in the hotel I would not have paid £135 to stay there for one night! It is so noisy you can clearly hear the music being played downstairs!!

Clean and comfortable stay

Decent room in a central location right next to the train station. Quite during the early part of the week.

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and ideally located for surbiton station (moments away) and easy access to Kingston. The shower pressure was good. I stayed on a Thursday nigh & it served its purpose perfectly.

Sits above a club. So don’t expect sleep on a Friday or Saturday before 1am

Too noisy didn’t sleep a wink Across the road from Surbiton station , I requested a quiet room but I’m not sure that one even exists as the trains trundle loudly through the station at 4 am in the morning and even the bed shakes

Friendly staff, convenient location for Uni drop off. Rooms a little dated but clean, spacious and with everything you’d need for a stay

Really nice hotel - gorgeous room, brilliant amenities and a really convenient location.

The room size and bathroom size are comfortable. It’s an easy walk from the train station. It was not as clean as I’d like, food droppings on carpet near bed. The bathroom sink stopper wasn’t working.
