Great hotel for the price, lovely bathroom.

Convenient location near Surbiton station. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Not quite as good as it used to be. Well located and comfortable bed. But the TV was a nightmare to work, didn't seem to follow any logic and stuck on certain channels more than once. The shower I've commented on before, you have to get in and out of the bath and for older people it is a difficult step. There needs to be a grab handle located to assist this. The room wasn't serviced the first day and this is now the policy on eco grounds. But we should have been told this. Staff are a little invisible and you need to call them at the front desk. Look I'll probably stay again as it is so convenient but it does ned a bit of attention to these details.

Loud nightclub every night downstairs makes sleeping difficult. No one ever on duty at desk

I have stayed at hotel Bosco quite a few times, a few changes from my last stay ( no breakfast now but totally understand) discounts offered as a hotel resident with local shops. The rooms are good but I would suggest a little sprucing due to age/ wear & tear would helpful to keep the hotel the go to place in the Surbiton area

The disco style bar blasts music all night that makes it impossible to relax or sleep.

The room was clean and tidy, however the decor looked a little tired, frayed curtains and a rip in the wallpaper. These were only minor things which didnt take away from the comfortable bed and warm quilt

Lovely check in guy and the room was very clean with a very nice bathroom. Towels are also worthy of mention, so big and soft. Felt brand new.

Room temperature management was very difficult and made for a disturbed night. I'm not an idiot but it was just too difficult. I think there were timers also which meant I could not get heat when I needed it.

Had a number of issues, starting with the fact that I'd booked a 'quiet' room and nevertheless was booked into a room on the first floor, directly above the noisy bar. Only when challenged did the hotel agree to move me to a second floor room further away. Despite this I still heard the music from the bar until around midnight. The hallways additionally have dividing doors that slam if guests don't close them softly, so that wakes you throughout the night. Overall not a quiet/restful night. The room was also not in great condition, with signs of leaks from above (staining to bathroom/bedroom ceiling). The shower ('rainfall') literally poured water over the top of the shower head which went everywhere. In summary I'd not choose to stay here again.

Front desk wasn’t attended to throughout, It was too noisy with parties till after midnight. Could not sleep peacefully at night.

The room was set up for 1, ie: 1 glass, 1 tea bag, 1 ser of ear plugs. Check in was not smooth. Carpet stained. The biggeat thing that would stop us returning is the big pile of vomit from the nightclub which could have easily been cleared up first thing and swillwd away with hot soapy water.

Lady who checked us in was great and we were offered a larger room without asking. Room was great! Loved our stay.

Spotless room and very comfortable. Staff very attentive and friendly. Love this place and so easy get to central London by train under 30 min.

Although when I booked the room was advertised as a noisy room, I assumed that meant noise from other guests. Had I known it was because there is a nightclub in the hotel I would not have paid £135 to stay there for one night! It is so noisy you can clearly hear the music being played downstairs!!
