We were in town for a surgery for a family member. The hospital stay was extended and Staybridge accommodated everything smoothly.

The room was great, breakfast was okay, but the pool was freezing cold. Unfortunately we selected this location in order to meet with family and go swimming, however, we couldn’t physically stay in the pool it was that cold! It was a major letdown!

The staff were very helpful in printing out documents and making copies of our driver's licenses. The air conditioning did not control the temperature well.

It was mediocre. No wine available at front desk or the shop, no bottles of water anywhere in the hotel, wine glasses in our room had pop stains all over them, and the pullout bed did not have any pillows, sheets, or blankets. Breakfast was trash and basic. 7/10

Dahlia was wonderful when I checked in and out. Nice to have the same person for this. I made a couple of purchases from the Pantry and Dahlia expertly explained how I have that deducted from my deposit. Nice and easy for me!

The staff was inviting and friendly. Everything was nice and clean.

Loved the location, my granddaughter has been in the Children’s Hospital which is close to hotel

The hotel appeared to be updated however many of the accommodations were outdated. The pool was in very poor shape. Very cloudy water and the flooring around it was falling apart. You could not even walk barefoot around the pool without stepping on numerous loose rocks. Not to mention the pool water was freezing cold. The rooms initally looked nice but upon further inspection it was not very clean. Tried to use the pull out couch and the covering over the mattress was not clean at all. Dirt and stains all over. They had no extra good bedding to even use for the pullout couch. No extra pillows. The blankets they did offer us felt like sand paper. The AC did not work in our room so they gave us a box fan but we still had to sleep in 77 degree room. The breakfast which i had read on other reviews was supposed to be amazing. It was not. Burn omelets, not many choices for kids to eat. Just overall not impressed with this hotel. Since I booked 3rd party I was not able to get any kind of reimbursement for the no ac in our room. Would not recommend to anyone.

The toilet water kept running the entire time. The doors between the rooms in the suite didn’t shut. The mattresses we not comfortable and the pillows were flat as a board.

Excellent overnight stay. We’ve stayed here before and they’ve updated everything since we last stayed. Super clean and quite!

The kitchenette fridge had old food in it so it lead me to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly. Each bathroom only had one bath towel which seems odd considering it was a 2 room suite. One bathroom was completely out of toilet paper.

The staff were accomodating

It was very clean with breakfast served for a longer time compared to other hotels. Jessica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool had plenty of space around it so kids can walk safely.

This is the worst StayBridge I have stayed. Starting that when we arrived they didn’t have toilet paper then we were staying at room 211 and at night a cockroach and little roaches appeared on the shelf at the kitchen so we talk to Lindsay the manager to move us to another room and she did it. The other terrible thing was the room service. In the first room the 211 the person in charge of clean it,didn’t do a proper cleaning. We always ask for a light cleaning but at the beginning they did it but then they didn’t do it anymore even the supervisor was there at the front desk when I ask for it and assure me it will be done but still wasn’t done. This hotel is a disaster so definitely we wont come back. Kimberly that’s in front desk was the only friendly one.
