Absolutely incredible location and views. Excellent room, excellent food, excellent service, excellent amenities. I would rate inturotel cala azul a 20 put of 10. Exceeded all expectations. We will be coming back!

This hotel is great for families. It gives you a resort style of place without any of the resort amenities. Has 2 big pools (although you have to wake up super early to get chairs and an umbrella). Has a cala which is so convenient. It's about an 18 minute walk to the town centre. Has restaurant options about 100 metres away. My issues with this hotel is the rooms need upgrades (at least the building we stayed on). We had to carry all our luggages to the 3rd floor since there were no elevators on our building. We were a family of four with a toddler. They have no one that offers to help. Plus parking can be a pain, depending on the hour you came back to the hotel. One of the nights, we had to park 5 blocks away because there was no parking on the premisses or near the hotel. If non of this bothers, location is great but don't expect luxury. It wasn't cheap either

Fantastiske omgivelser og flot ydre på hotellet. Værelserne, hver fald i bygning D, var lidt slidte. Alt for lille pool/poolområde til så mange mennesker, og ingen mulighed for liggestole hvis man var ved poolen efter kl. 9. Gode indkøbsmuligheder og gåafstand til byen (10 minutters gang)

The only saving grace about this hotel is the location, near the beach and town. The service was horrendous. The hotel was so jam packed we couldn’t even get a spot on a beach/pool chair the entire time we were visiting, what a waste considering we paid for this location to use those facilities. Upon check in, they let us know that if items are left unattended on chairs for 20+ minutes, the pool guard will remove them so others can sit. Obviously that wasn’t mandated. The hotel is so cheap, not even shampoo and conditioner was included? Towels cost extra, etc. Our room wasn’t even cleaned when we were there. The maid did attempt to clean our room on the morning that we were checking out, and let herself in at 9am WITHOUT KNOCKING while we were still sleeping!!! Simply ridiculous, don’t expect anything to be included - may as well have stayed at an airbnb. Don’t expect any peace and quiet if you are staying here, the hotel is packed like sardines. People screaming all night long and you can hear everything from your room. Rooms are large but outdated and the beds aren’t comfortable. Food was okay but nothing special.

This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything.

Comfortable hotel in a very touristy environment . Staff not very welcoming (especially restaurants by the pool). Limited comfort in pool/beach . Beaches are nice but Town setting is tourist shops only.. need to drive 20/40 Minutes to reach nice local town

Det er et slidt hotel der hiver penge op af lommen på dig hvor de kan. Måtte have rengøringen op et par gange for at få værelset rengjort. Der var myre over alt i lejligheden. Poolen filter system virket ikke og den var ikke indbydende sidst på dagen. Super fitnes rum. God morgenmad igen i et meget slidt lokale. Aften buffeten er ikke penge vær og kan ikke anbefales.

The standard room was quite outdated and a cockroach was in out room at the first night. Otherwhise the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the location was good (next to many restaurants and small shops, also not so far away from the centrum of Cala d’Or) and the gym was also very nice. The beach was beautiful. Next time I would choose the premium room.

On arrival the staff seemed friendly but when I queried if we could have a room that didn’t look out on to the room the lady rolled her eyes at me. Another lady came over who was more pleasant but wanted to charge more for a room just a bit further down. Even after spending a lot of money for 7 days plus in Esmeralda Park. Nowhere on my booking did it say we would be facing the road. Rooms are covered in black mould in the bathrooms and there are dead bugs splattered all over the walls. Children sleeping on grubby sofas is not acceptable and it should be pull out beds. The pool was vile, so dirty and the sun beds and parasols seem to be about 30 years old. That was when you could actually get one which we couldn’t until the lifeguard moved someone’s stuff which then made them shoot at us. The reception staff talk about customers rudely after they have checked in. I genuinely have never in all my years travelling had reception staff like them. The breakfast staff were lovely though as were the lifeguards. Pool bar staff were quite blunt. Never ever again will I stay at an Inturotel in my life time. Even more so after seeing the structure collapse on top of people at Esmeralda Park. Shoddy cheap work putting profit before people’s safety.

Not much to say—rooms weren’t cleaned daily, towels were missing, and everything came with an extra charge.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Urlaub, allerdings wussten wir auch, was wir buchen. Wer hier einen Hotelurlaub sucht, mit gutem Essen und leeren Pools, ist hier falsch. Man bekommt, wofür man zahlt. Wir waren hauptsächlich dort, da wir ein Zimmer ganz vorne am Meer haben wollten, eine kleine Küche und 2 Zimmer. Nachts wollten wir Ruhe, welche man auch bekommt und tagsüber waren wir unterwegs. Wenn man an den Pool möchte, ohne ein Handtuch auszulegen, hat man fast keine Chance, erst am späten Nachmittag wieder. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten, das Abendessen gibt es im Nachbarhotel mit etwas Auswahl, aber wirklich nichts besonderes. Mit den vielen Restaurants ist man meist besser bedient. Die Umgebung ist sehr lebhaft, man kann einiges machen. Die Buchten und Strände sind sehr schön, aber auch sehr voll. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil. Das komplette Personal war sehr freundlich und hat immer geholfen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne

Ett kanon hotell.. Perfekt frukost med många val.. platser både inne o ute. Egen betongbrygga ner i havet med bra stege, många fina bad där. Morgondopp direkt från lägenheten.

Fantastic family hotel. Sea view room well worth the extra cost - beautiful!

De locatie was top! De kamer was eenvoudig maar prima, meer hadden we ook niet nodig met alle prachtige stranden en gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt. Alleen het parkeren met de auto is wat lastig en druk naast het hotel. Verder zeker een aanrader voor wie in Cala d’Or wil verblijven!
