Room was filthy ! I had to beg for towels. The next morning the housekeepers just walked into our room while my husband and I were still in bed. Very disappointed. Definitely won’t be returning.

Perfect quiet stay. No complaints.

Was suppose to charge my card for incidentals charge me for full room rate every time I call and give me the runaround.

Other than the shower takes a good ten minutes to get hot the room was great. None of the doors that were supposed to require a key card to enter worked. The gates that are attached to the indoor pool area are wide open and the door going outside does not lock. Meaning anyone could come into the building!! The breakfast was very minimal and the lady that was over it was very rude to another guest right infront of me.

Nice property, didnt like it was so hot in the indoor pool room, there were some lamps or lights un plugged in room, the ice maker on my floor was out of order.

They only offer cleaning service if you stay more than 3 days which is something they should have published in their website and hotels.com gotta have a warning about that. Considering children, beaches and outings, cleaning service is necessary for some families. I had to ask for clean towels and they only dropped them without considering cleaning or touching anything else. The room had mold and dust, seems like no cleaning was given for months. I wouldnt have stayed if I knew no cleaning was provided.

Was trapped on the elevator and the staff had to come and rescue me and another guest. Very emotional experience for me.

I like the staff were very nice and professional. The grounds were clean and the room was nice and clean. But I could not sleep my toilet was very noisy and the A/C unit was very loud coming on that constantly woke us up. It sounded like a construction crew was right out our room window the whole night. The breakfast that we paid extra for was non-existent. We went downstairs around 8 AM and it was ham lunch meat in water. No oatmeal no pancake or waffle mixture so we had to leave to go get food and ended up checking out early due to this.

The water was poo trash It didn’t get hot I literally was told to turn the shower water on high and then turn the sink water on at the same time. It took about 5 minutes for the water to heat up

Everything was great and the front desk was very courteous. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the breakfast options. Suggestion: include variety of meats and offer fresh fruit.

Spacious, affordable, comfy

Everything was amazing! The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff were wonderful! The hotel is super clean too!

I feel so safe and also Customer Service is amazing.!!! and also every time I go to Lake Charles for my work business I always just stay at the same place. This one!!!

Because the hotel is so close to the freeway i could hear the cars all night.
