Everything was fine except of the smell of gas. The room had a smell also

I forgot my brush but the front desk had a comb. The place was super clean, the beds were comfortable. The shower gel was nice. This was my first stay at a Spark by Hilton and I was happy.

We enjoyed our stay, Fri night arrival at 7p ish wasn't horrible. We checked in and went to eat at the Mighty Crab. Totally recommended!! All was well.. Saturday night we apparently had children above us that sounded odd BUFFALO!! They were running out wrestling or something. We did call the front desk sub was a male who seemed to try and correct it. Needles to say, clean, comfy rooms. Pool needed a cleaning but nice, room was clean but BEWARE The water will SCOLD YOU, IT'S HOT VERY HOT IN THE ROOMS.... Backwards assignments of hot water in the tub..... Very HELPFUL STAFF, ULTIMATELY WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!!

No chair in the room☹️ no coffee pot in room. No cups of any kind. Had to spend 2 days on the bed!!!!!

Safe, clean, quiet. But being. Hilton hotel I expected a bit more. Specifically

Entire place reeked of weed and cigarettes.

Bad odor in original room, TV wouldn't work, no ice bucket or cups, stained washcloth and towel, smell of marijuana near the front desk, and no two free water bottles upon check in which contradicted the sign at the front desk. Kylee was very helpful and arranged for us to get a new room and water bottles. Thank you

Yhw staff are wonderful.

Friendly staff. The one inconvenience was no phone charging capability by the bed.

My stay at the Spark was excellent. Lisa at the front reception was truly amazing and very accommodating. Her customer service skills were top notch. Loved the stay. Jewel
