The room was lovely and the view at night also the staff were all very nice and pleasant and friendly.

Newly renovated property. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is nice. Room service is to be avoided, due to excessive demivery on room fee.

Mooi hotel met mooie kamer. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en ontbijt was ook prima.

Fantastic room (701), big and spacious. Very quiet with exceptional views. The bathroom was very spacious with a big bath and generous shower enclosure, clean and tidy. TV had BBC channels and Channel 4!

Not very happy of the custumer service. It is not very nice to be treated as a thief.

Friendly and professional staff as always. The let down again is the building work. More relevant is the high pitched drone of the water pressure through the pipes when anyone uses water..... Terrible nights sleep (on 7th floor) worst ive ever had, lije a torture chamber.

This is simply the best hotel in the Netherlands,so helpful,we were quoted a taxi price of 189 Euros to the airport,we thought that is excessive,spoke to reception……one phonecall later……79 Euro,we obviously left a tip…..see you soon as we are now in amsterdam every month working.
