Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Excellent customer service. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and quick to resolve any requests. Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing, and accommodating. We arrived from NY and were super tired, they kept apologizing because the rooms were not ready, and even offered us a drink on them. Super happy with our experience!!

Bra läge. Slitet hotell. Ok frukost. Bodde i sviten som inte var nån bra standard. Dålig städning. Fick sova på hård bäddsoffa fast det stod att det skulle va sängar. Ingen kopp fanns till kaffet. De fyllde inte på toapapper eller tvål. Restaurang var bra.

The room was very cozy, comfortable and warm. The staff were friendly and hotel location is centrally located to the church and easily accessible to get public transport to old town and waterfront. In summer definitely will walk.

Les installations sont un peu branlantes mais tout y est. La chambre était calme malgré le fait de faire face à l'ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner est petit mais très correct. Le personnel est très sympathique. Une bouteille d'eau à disposition dans la chambre.
