Foi o unico hotel de minha viagem que leu meu pedido na reserva e fez de tudo para atende-lo. Um dos melhores atendimentos de recepcao que ja vi. Quanto ao hotel e quarto, gostei da estrutura. Limpo, agradavel e quarto espaçoso. Gostei da localizacao.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, com excelente atendimento, mas precisa melhorar a variedade do cafe da manhã.

Hotel com localização excelente, na Recoleta, que já é um charme! Tem vários bons restaurantes por perto, o shopping Pátio Bullrich, tem um supermercado em frente... a acomodação é bem confortável, cama maravilhosa e lençóis e toalhas de qualidade.

Carpets filthy in hallway. Clean ir replace. Looks tacky. Nice bar but not open? Gym needs universal machine to be fixed. Add some free weights that are more than 7,.5 lbs! I base my decision on hotels by bar and gym. Good enough for 1 or 2 nite stay. Could be a much better hotel if above issues addressed.

The experience did not meet the expectation

It's a fantastic, visually appealing boutique hotel where i re-upped for another three nights having already been there six. First rate service. It will be nice when the beautiful bar is again open. You're between a Four Seasons and Sofitel that charge five times the rate. And the neighborhood is beautiful and manageable on foot.

The property was being renovated but never got up to our floor yet. The room carpet were full of stain, broken tiles on the bathroom floors and walls.
