Super vue sur le parlement Bien situé Lit confortable Cependant, l’air climatisé n’était pas encore fonctionnelle pour la saison estivale, un manque de proactivité. Peu de réception de la part de l’hôtel, très décevant pour un hôtel qui vient de changer de main.

Le Manoir d'Auteuil was the perfect “home base” for exploring Quebec City. The location on Rue d'Auteuil was close to all Quebec City has to offer, both in and out of the city walls. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well appointed, and the included light continental breakfast (croissants, crepes, and coffees) was a great start to each day. Finally, the staff is first rate, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Make your reservation and prepare for a lovely stay!

Perfect location, charming rooms, the staff was very nice and helpful. The paid parking seems far away, but it's not so bad and worth it. Call in advance to reserve. I really appreciated the staff giving detailed instructions with printed pictures at the reception of the parking garage and of the box at the gate making it super easy for someone not familiar with the area. Finally. the breakfast had the best Chocolatines I've ever had!

L’hôtel est évidement dans son jus, c’est un peu ancien, mais on le sait rien qu’avec les photos. Le petit-déjeuner est correct même si peu de choix (essentiellement viennoiseries et pains). Pas d’ascenseur mais le personnel se charge de monter / descendre vos valises. Le parking (environ 30$ par jour avec les taxes) est en fait un parking sous-terrain public (large et facile d’accès) à 5min à pied, avec une carte de l’hôtel pour y accéder en illimité : c’est pratique. Le personnel est très gentil.

Beds were amazing! Loved the pillows and linens. Breakfast was great- lovely coffee, fresh croissants, eggs, cheese, jams, juice yogurt & fruit! And great location. Will go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute hotel. The hotel was very accommodating when our original flight was canceled and we arrived a day late. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

Hôtel charmant bien situé dans le Vieux-Québec. À pieds des principales attractions! Personnel chaleureux et efficace. Seules ombres au tableau: stationnement payant et absence d'ascenseur pour atteindre le 4e plancher.

Tout est excellent. L’hôtel est agréable ainsi que son personnel. Il manquait peut-être juste une machine à café dans la chambre. Il y a du café disponible au rez-de-chaussée mais si on souhaite demeurer dans notre chambre ce n’est pas une option. Sinon belle grande chambre confortable avec agréable vue extérieure.
