Nice hotel, but a bit too far from metro line.

Front desk could not find my reservations. Turns out they got my last name wrong and booking could not process properly

朝食付きのプランで予約しましたが、朝食付きはないと言われました。 エクスペディアの予約表を見せてもうちは朝食付きはやっていないと。しょうがないので、お金を払って朝食を頂き、チェックアウトをするときにお支払いしようとしましたが、インクルードされてますと。。 英語が話せるスタッフの方は少ないです。 コロナ禍以降増えてると思いますが、ルームサービスが24時間と書いてありますが、20:30まででした。 近くにファミリーマートがありそこは助かりました。

清掃お願いしましたが、シーツを変えていただけなかった。コンビニありますがそのほか周りにはレストランなどはあまりありませんでした。女子1人でしたので近くにあると良かった。

ホテルの設備、スタッフ全てがとても良い。

コインランドリーがありません。値段が安いですが清潔でサービスも良く朝食も満足でした。

The hotel is a little older then most other Marriotts in China but was still in good condition. The food was very good and there was a live band playing at the bar. The price was very good at under 100 CAD.

近くに美術館 博物館などもあり 散策するのに いいです。

ホテルの周りも静かでいいです

第一晚入住隔音不是很好，隔壁房談笑聲音都聽得到，要到很晚才會安靜。另一間房因鬧鐘沒電會發出聲響妨礙到睡眠。服務人員態度不錯。

It is very nice to stay in this Hotel, very convenience for me to visit my relative. I love the bed, it is really comfortable. Waiters are nice also. Believe will come back.

Very Nice Hotel. Very Clean. Good Rooms/Amenities. Will stay again. Didn't like the bar/bar staff. Difficult to communicate with and understand our orders, even when using the English menus provided. Service at the bar was very slow and not attentive.

condition of the shower was not so good. ( too small output and too strong water pressure )
