Friendly staff and good homely hotel

Nice property

Great stay!

We were 4 adults in a 2 bedroom suite. The suite was very large with a full living room, kitchen, dining and balcony. More like a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and also recently updated. Very nice. The staff were also very nice. My only reason for 4 stars was that the AC system is quite noisy and the pillows very big and hard. Otherwise a very good value for money.

La estancia fue muy buena. Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de lugares de interés, muy limpio, práctico. Lo mejor es su personal, siempre disponible y atento para que la estadía sea cómoda y tranquila.

It’s wonderful and amazing

I had a wonderful stay - the personnel were excellent - helpful, efficient and friendly - the room was specious, exceptionally clean and comfortable, well appointed and modern, with a large balcony. I also visited the larger Smallville hotel for a coffee and received excellent service I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Nice basic hotel clean and very nice welcoming staff

Pros: Descent hotel, great location, helpful staff. Cons: Hangers and hairdryer were surprisingly missing in the room and the safe box was locked.

It's staff was always helpful and attentive. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center.

Exceptional service, as usual from the Smallville group. Very convenient location, and bright balconies. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

We stayed in a studio- the room is ok, the staff is nice, the location is great. There’s a supermarket underneath in case something is missing in the apartment. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy sometimes
