Lovely breakfast and really great Hosts - would defo recommend and go back!

perfect location and good value

My advise for anyone chrck the pictures they put on site this is nothing when you get there walking up the narrow concrete steps half broken when you see the settings area it is awful when you enter it is dark as my son said when you look at it house of horror bedroom is awful yellow duvet was yellow the doors outside had two chairs tiny table sitting on the fire escape bird poo everywhere black dirty decking and 15ft drop to the roof below if you have children find somewhere safe awful place would not recommend the guest house to anyone.

The room was lovely and spacious with a great view and in easy reach of all the local shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely book again.

Fabulous service with truly authentic hosts who cared about their guests. Comfortable beds with luxury bed linen, quiet rooms and an 10/10 breakfast. We will return :)

Really nice place. Comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. Sammy and Belinda were very welcoming and attentive. Location is great too. All good, and will recommend.

Received enthusiastic kerbside welcome, from proprietor. Room adequate, clean. Excellent breakfast, everyone exceptionally helpful and happy.

Escales per arribar a l.hotel. Bones vistes de Looe. Molt cèntric. Esmorzar recent cuinat. Exterior una mica brut a causa de les gavines. Amabilitat dels propietaris, molt familiar. Hi ha un aparcament al davant car, però abans d.arribar al poble hi ha aparcament gratuït de les 18h a les 9h.

Very friendly and welcoming. Arrived early but able to drop luggage off. Flexible with breakfast times so able to catch train back easily. Plenty of tea and coffee available in room and everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Sammy was very helpful as I was arriving late. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious

Good room views but I suffer from fibro and getting up a lot of stairs with suitcase isn’t ideal.

Very comfortable, good breakfast, would go again.
