Alls war sehr gut

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber, direkt am Meer. Die meisten Zimmer haben direkten Meerblick. Wie auch unseres. Kleines Manko in dem Zimmern des 7 Stocks, wenig Wasserdruck bei bestimmten Stoßzeiten, zB morgens wenn alle duschen.

This hotel is in such a great location with the beach at your doorstep as well as Formentera ferry options and more. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but for the purpose of just coming back to sleep they were fine.

We really liked our stay there! Roomservice everyday - fresh towels everyday.

I absolutely loved this hotel, yes it’s a bit outdated and needs an upgrade but the room was spotless and the staff were amazing and so helpful! I’ve been coming to Ibiza for the last 20 years and stayed in many hotels around the island including top hotels like Hard Rock where staff are rude with arrogant attitude! Here the staff couldn’t do enough for us! We requested top floor room with sea view and were put in room 701 which was at the end of the corridor so you don’t get people walking past all the time and the view was spectacular! Yes the cleaners are a bit loud in the morning but you get that in most hotels and at least they wake you up so you don’t miss breakfast which btw was pretty decent too! My partner also tried the gym and said it was better than in most 5* hotels! There were 2 lovely ladies and a gentleman at the reception which were alway smiling and happy to help with anything. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Ibiza!

Gorgeous spot on the beach. Amazing views. Great selection of restaurants. Walkable to main attractions in Ibiza town.

The staff weee very friendly and helpful. I love the location and the small beach in front of it. That being said, the room needs some improvement, it is quite outdated. There was no tea cattle nor coffee machine and no toiletries other than liquid soap.

Die Lage ist Top, direkt am Strand mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Hotel ist ringhörig und in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück und Zimmerservice sehr gut. Katastrophaler Service beim Check-in. Kaum begrüsst worden, absolut keine Informationen erhalten, völlig desinteressiert und gelangweilt, hauptsächlich die männlichen Mitarbeiter. Von Kundenservice kann keine Rede sein.

Old property , not well maintance, very noisy front door in all the aparments, you have to snap hard the front doors in order to close, you can hear all kind of noise from others aparments. On the otherhand staff were excellent!!! The manager do a good job, but the property need a complete update and fix it!!Very noisy at night time!!! Horrible!!!

The view from our hotel balcony was great. The hotel room was very spacious. The lady who welcomed us on reception was lovely and very helpful.

Niets op aan te merken. Alles was super.
