Mientras cenábamos se metieron a nuestra habitación, fuimos a poner un acta en el hotel y no nos quisieron reubicar porque no tenían habitaciones similares. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, empatía ni Resolución.

My husband and I got food poisoning the first meal we ate. We were very sick for two nights and left. We were booked for 12 days.

Everything was wonderful, i really enjoyed the time off, spotless place calm and and an excellent menu at the restaurant.

El trato del personal siempre fue bueno, pero las habitaciones son algo sencillas, la playa tiene algo de rocas pero si caminas un poco más mejora
