Everything was more then expected, very clean,calm and peaceful staff was pleasant,the one thing I could say on a negative is they need more signage to direct guests around the property

This is our third time coming to Barcelo we always stay in the Caribe since it’s close to everything. Service is always excellent-this visit Carolina took extra good care of us at the breakfast buffet. I will say we still loved it, place might need a few things fixed here and there more so in the restrooms in public spaces. I would recommend this place to anyone

Had another amazing stay here and will return in the furture. This is a great place to stay with tons to do.

Avoid ocean front rooms (it’s a scam with the only view being that of garden!) Water slideshow are there but not included (they charge extra for that in an all inclusive resort)

On the surface the property looks nice however rooms are outdated, quality of food is poor as well as food choices in buffet and restaurants. Alcohol beverages were horrible. I believe the alcohol is watered down and the drinks have a medicine like taste. Save your money and go elsewhere

We had an amazing time during our stay, like I read in past reviews the bathroom were super outdated but everything else was wonderful. The gym is super modern and the Zumba and Spinning class were great. The entertainment group were super nice, they all work very hard to keep the guests happy, Estrella and Gabriel were super. We’ll definitely be back.

The buffet was amazing and alacartes , the show every night are fantastic.. huge swimming pools and the pool bar was awesome.. we are super spoiled.. we will be back

The quality of service very well

Excellent service and facilities

Thoroughly enjoyed this location. Resort is massive but has everything you need within its property. All staff were welcoming and helpful. We will be staying at the Barcelo resorts again.

I like the shows every night. I don’t really love the food. The pools are a little dirty.

The hotel is OK. It is not modernized as other hotels that I have stayed. The shpwers are actually dangerous, they have the door stopper right in the middle of the side of the tub. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is not great.
