The staff was excellent and attentive—the night auditor, in particular, was incredibly helpful. The restaurant staff was great as well. The only downside is the coffee—it’s terrible—and I do think they could have more amenities.

Good: The room was clean. The staff are positive and try to help. The bathroom and rain-shower-head were very good. I liked the plumbing fixtures. The hotel is located on a major bus line (Metrobus Line 1), and is about a 15-minute walk from a subway station. The hotel is near a big supermarket that is open until 10:00 PM. Bad: The first room they gave us was noisy, due to the roof fans that are near all the junior suites. Our suite had no dishes or cutlery, so we had to ask for them. The small empty concrete wading pool outside the front entrance of the hotel is a dangerous tripping-hazard. There are no laundry facilities in the hotel, and the laundry service is very expensive. The room-service catering was expensive too.

Always happy to stay at this hotel. Staff is helpful and very professional and the hotel is clean. The beds are sooo comfortable.

Es una excelente opción, solo las cañerías ya hacen mucho ruido, feo. Ir al baño durante la noche despierta a los demás. Al apagar la regadera igual. Más entiendo que no es algo que arregle un plomero, ya sin los años de esas instalaciones
