Sauberes zimmer, tolles frühstück, fairer preis

Bom café da manhã e quartos limpos porém faltou um frigobar e microondas no quarto alem de não ter funcionários na recepção à noite nem de manhã cedo. Informação foi dada com pouca boa vontade pela recepcionista da manhã .

Hotelzimmer sehr hellhörig. War bis spät in der Nacht sehr laut im Zimmer, da sich in der Nähe des Zimmers ein paar Tische befinden, bei dem anderen Gäste sehr lange saßen und sich nicht gerade in einer normalen Lautstärke unterhalten haben und ständig Stühle hin und her geschoben wurden und man diesen Lärm ebenfalls bis ins Zimmer gehört hat.

I was initially happy with this hotel because it was a good price and breakfast was included. The facilities were good for what we needed. However, I think it is not ideal that the reception is not open in the evening or that you can't contact anybody unless in very urgent cases. My daughter was sick and if I had been anywhere else, I would've been able to get new bedding and towels straight away. Also, it was very hot in the room and there is no air-conditioning, not even a fan. I can't imagine what it would be like to stay in the height of summer. We left 1 night early mostly to make an early flight in Basel but also to enjoy a cooler stay elsewhere.

Hallo alle zusammen. Wir waren zu dritt angereist, zwei Erwachsene ein Kind. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber super praktisch eingerichtet. Toll zu erwähnen war auch das free WLAN Es gibt eigentlich nicht auszusetzen. Vielleicht eine Idee ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr toll.

Gutes Frühstück, alles da, nur die junge Dame an der Tür schien nicht sonderlich begeistert zu sein und versteckte sich eher etwas hinter der Tür, bis der Kollege kam und die beiden ein wenig miteinander reden konnten. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, einchecken funktioniert problemlos. Danke!

Gutes Frühstück und super nettes Personal

Saubere Zimmer und optimale Lage zum Europa Park. Leider sehr ungünstig erst vor Ort zu erfahren dass es kein Frühstück gibt in der Nebensaison. Der empfohlenen B&B gibt es auch nicht und sollte dringlich überarbeitet werden!

Sun Parc is an okay hotel mainly due to its excellent location if your aim is visiting Europa-Park and Rulantica. It is about 5 minutes from Rulantica and 10 minutes from Europa-Park, making it a convenient and more affordable option for families. The family room size is good, with a double bed and a bunk bed, which worked well for us with children. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The bed presentation was poor, with torn bed linen and a large amount of hair on the beds. When lifting the mattress, the area under the bed was extremely dirty, showing a lack of proper cleaning. As there is no carpet, regular cleaning under the beds should be expected. The shower has excellent water pressure, but the space is small, especially for taller guests, and the curtain sticks to the body. The bathroom also had an unpleasant sewage-like smell. The hotel is quiet, reception is not 24 hours, and we did not see much staff during our stay. Complimentary water was available at reception, but it would be more convenient if it was placed in the room on arrival. The tourist tax payment - in cash - was not clearly communicated in advance. Nearby restaurants shown as “open” on Google were mostly closed at lunchtime. A nearby kebab house was very good, and The Italian is highly recommended. Unfortunately, no breakfast was available at the hotel during our stay. Overall, suitable for location and budget, but cleanliness and communication need improvement.

sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nur die Bettdecken etwas zu dünn für Winter.

It was a nice stay. Clean, check it was already prepared, water and a coffee for free. All in all perfect for a short stay. Very close to rust
