The desk staff was amazing. Very helpful from my first interaction with him. Even had a dolley at the in of the hall for easier transition. I didn’t like that I had to go and get more towels. When I did what was ask to receive more when housekeeping came around. Most definitely didn’t like what housekeeping came to my door when it was clearly a do not disturb hanger on door. They even proceeded to come in lucky it had the bolt in tact.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. The shower had alot of mildew buildup

Mattress was too soft, woke up back hurting. Needed clean towels had to go to front desk and the clerk was rude. On my next trip will stay somewhere else.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The hotel is is in good condition. The parking is cramped and not lighted. You will need earplugs to sleep if you get a room on the north side of the hotel.

The only issue I had with my stay, housekeeping did not clean my room or bring clean towels.

As other reviewers stated it was definitely clean and staff were very nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars is if your room is on highway side you will hear traffic and no Law Enforcement or Veteran discount only Active Duty Military.

Hadn’t stsyed at this property in years but it’s still up to standard & was a pleasant experience.

It was a quick and easy process to book. Friendly staff and a great location.

All was great, except the cold shower i had to take. No hot water at 7:15am.

Great person running the breakfast bar. Very helpful with keeping things supplied. Always friendly and very very helpful. Perfect gentlemen
