Very clean and staff very nice. Wish they would tear out the carpets.

The front desk man yelled at my 4 year old to get out when he was looking for us. We had rented several rooms and a large group. More than one occasion he was rude and accusing people, one example accused someone of stealing a bottle of water that they had just paid a woman at the front for.

Staff was great and friendly.

At check-in, I received no info about complimentary breakfast nor hours there of. After first night, maid service was great. After 2nd night, the room was not touched -- bed not made up,wastebaskets not emptied, etc.

Wonderful, will stay again

My room was clean. The mattresses and pillows could use replacement. The refrigerator was spacious and worked very well. There is no elevator. Keep that in mind when packing. The stairwells were dirty. Looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. The staff were very friendly when you could find them. Breakfast was ok. Not great. Some fresh fruit, oatmeal, individual milks (not a gallon jug laying sideways in a mini fridge) would have been better. They did have egg, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy as well as a waffle maker. There is only one other hotel in town, so I may have to stay here again in the future for family gatherings. I don't think it's as nice as I remember it about 10 years ago, but I've stayed at worse hotels. This one is mid.

Nice stay

The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE. We were in town for my inlaws 50th Anniversary party and they owned the restaurant we held it at as well. Southfork Grill is a must!! The hotel is clean and the bed is soooooo comfy. Just an amazing one day trip!

Our room had no heat on when got there so it was freeze in there. Then the heater didn’t work to warm the room (other clients were having the same problem as we gathered downstairs), manager not around unless you called them, we had no shower soap and coffee taste warmed up (not hot) from the day before.

Small town and old property needs updating!

Great stay, They just need someone at the desk to help with etc.

Breakfast wasn’t the best. But had other options during the day. Some still nice to stay close to our venue

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

My room was musty smelling. I probably won’t book again in same room. Other than that the room looked clean. Comfortable bed.
