The rooms and hotel were clean. The rooms are smaller. Close to all the restaurants and bars. Parking was a bit of an issue. Trying to find parking g or parking 5 mins away to walk with luggage.

Greit hotell midt i sentrum av Killarney. Store og rene rom og god frokost med godt utvalg og a la carte-mulighet. Hyggelig personell, men vi opplevde at de hadde for liten kunnskap om Killarney og lite forhold hvor langt det var å gå til ulike severdigheter.

Centralt hotel, dock ingen parkering på hotellet. Utnyttja stadens parkeringsplatser. Vårt rum var utmed stor gata, mycket oljud tidig morgon. Små rum men bra sängar.

Our room was extremely small for myself and my daughter. No place for our luggage, only one bed which needed to be separated, which made the room even smaller. The hotel itself was very nice, great location, excellent staff.

Disappointed about not having onsite parking. Showed they did but when arrived they did not.

Excellent recommendations from the staff at check in and 3 amazing pubs attached to the hotel- we had great fun at all three! Fantastic breakfast buffet too! Would definitely stay here again when we return to Ireland.

Our room was large, air conditioned, elegant and clean. Bathroom had a spa bathtub. Location is just amazing. All the shops, pubs and bars at the doorstep with a carpark across the road. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was just fantastic.We used swimming pool and had whole swimming pool for our self.Staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful in telling us about all the things we could see and do in our short time there. Breakfast was great and the showers in the rooms were awesome. The location was brilliant and you couldn’t ask for the great weather we had.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Killarney surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pubs. Everything we wanted to see or do was less than a 10-minute walk away, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel itself was great, and we had no issues during our visit. Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again.

Clean but dated, updates needed. Restaurant/pub attached very convenient, staff friendly, food was good.

Morgenmaden og aftensmaden i restauranten var meget god. Værelset var meget trængt. Værelset var på 1.sal lige ud til byens gade og barer og derfor meget støjfyldt. Meget lydt. Fra værelset oven over os knirkede gulvet højlydt hvilket forstyrrede vores nattesøvn
