Beautiful grounds and pool area. Room had a comfortable bed, cold ac, and hot water in the shower...all the basic necessities! I had a balcony which had both a pool and sea view; highly recommended. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the Wi-Fi and they did their best to address the issue. Pool and beach area are amazing. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety. Property is located about a five minute walk from Naxos Town (AKA Chora), where you can find various bars, restaurants, grocery stores , pharmacies, rental car places...anything you may need. Overall a great experience.
If I were to nitpick a little, there were two minor details I feel could be improved upon. First, the resort is VERY quiet. When I say this, keep in mind that I am 57 years old, and it was a little too quiet even for me. The so-called regular pool was like a quiet pool, and the quiet pool was like a mausoleum! I know they are going for a laid-back vibe, but a little Greek music played at a reasonable volume would go a long way to creating a little ambiance. The other minor item of concern was the poolside service, or lack thereof. The employees were not proactive at all when it came to asking poolside guests if they needed a drink; you had to either chase them down or just walk over to the bar to get your own drink (usually the better option). It was not a big deal for me, but I did overhear other guests commenting amongst themselves about the terrible poolside service.
