We only stayed one night as we were going to Cefalu to meet friends but we would have stayed here longer if we could as the service was excellent and the hotel was in such a great location. We also enjoyed a free upgrade and had a huge suite with a wrap around balcony. The breakfast was so delicious and such a wide variety of food available, something for everyone!

The staff was amazing—our check-in was seamless. Communication showed us right to our room and gave fantastic suggestions for dinner spots and must-see attractions. The rooftop pool was a huge plus! Rooms were spotless, and the staff was always helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Centrale, pulito, elegante. Personale efficiente e cordiale (compresi gli addetti alle pulizie, cosa non scontata negli hotel). Unico neo, la camera “economy” è un po’ piccola e il letto matrimoniale un po’ stretto per un 4 stelle. Eccellente la colazione, per qualità e varietà.

The Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Concierge recommended and booked restaurants for us. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge range of options, we wouldn't choose cake for breakfast but obviously this was popular with a lot of people. Our room needed a refresh and also lacked a lot of basic amenities, such as sufficient long drop hanging space in the wardrobe, and drawers.

No sheets provided for the sofa bed for family of 4.

Veldig hyggelig hotell. Ligger sentralt i Palermo. Litt bråk utenfor hotellet om natta, men hadde rom mot hovedgaten. Veldig serviceinnstilt betjening.

Breakfast was fabulous. Location is great. Rooms are large. Staff is so nice and helpful. Having a gym is added bonus. We will definitely come back!
