My stay was every good

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms open on a hallway not the parking lot and the pool is easily accessible.

Majority of hotel is nice. The lamps in rooms need upgrade. Rusty. Bathrooms are somewhat clean but need attention to detail. Paint peeling on door, baseboards and corners need to be cleaned and fresh paint. Would not take much to make the rooms cleaner.

The man at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room smelled of mold, mildew and cigarette smoke. We had a “non smoking” room. The room felt very humid and the carpet and bathroom floor was moist and damp. The chair had a stain on it so we laid a towel on it so we could sit on the chair. We did not enjoy our stay and we will not stay at this hotel in the future.

It was dirty, stinky, the AC unit was completely off and it never cooled the room enough to be comfortable with clothes on. We had to take cold showers to cool off. Breakfast was all cold, even the "hot food". This place hads really run down hill in the last few years.

Pillows were flat. Not much selection on breakfast area.

Carpets were dirty. Overwhelming smell of air freshener appeared to be used to mask other smells.

We were in town for a cook off, the 3 queen bed room was a great affordable option that kept everyone together. Room was a great size (2 rooms) the dresser in the bedroom was off centered or something because the drawers would not shut and people kept running into them. Finally had to put luggage in front of them for safety. Room was clean but attention need to be put on the bathroom, the ENTIRE surrounding the caulk is coming off it was horrible. Breakfast was not all out when we had to leave at 7:15 so we didn’t get to eat anything but a hand full of dry cereal and an orange. Also NO elevator…. So 6 of us had to lugg up all of our belongings to the room in 3 trips. We were looking forward to the hot tub that was listed, but when asked there are only hot tubs in certain rooms for an upcharge and not by the pool. Ehhhh it was a decent hotel for the price.

While the lady at the front desk was very nice...when we entered our room it smelled terribly soured. It was awful. There was no soap or shampoo in our room.

Ice machine not working

The room was not as clean as it should be. Linens were discolored and not as white as they should be. Breakfast buffet wasn’t a buffet at all. Very very limited options

All was very comfortable ! Check in was friendly Room was clean and roomie. The only complaint no water pressure in the shower.

Very clean property, well maintained, restaurant adjacent to parking lot. I stay here every time I come to Benham.

It’s a Super 8, you get what you get. All in all it met expectations

Very friendly staff that checked us in, the building and rooms have not aged well. The smell of smoke while walking from lobby to our room, the ac was not running and it took time while we're out at a movie to cool the room down. The bathroom was need of some repairs and refinish and definitely need some more hangers in the room. I enjoyed the in room fridge and microwave. I could not figure out why they used such small pillows on the beds and only 3 per bed.
