Had a wonderful stay at this hotel just opposite the beach. Just for awareness the beach has a charge of euro 3.50 per person and a requirement of straw mat to be used between towel and sand. The hotel has some straw mat for use in reception. All staff friendly and helpful.

Great location in one the most sought out places in costa Esmeralda. Friendly service , Breakfast area very accommodating vast choice , large pool and service . 5 minute walk to historical town with restaurants and artisan shops . Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world within 5-10 kms . Boat tours available to secluded beaches .

L’atout principal de l’hôtel est la plage( supplément de 50 euros pour 2 transat et un parasol)à réserver. Petit déjeuner standard. Personnel très agreable. Nous n’avons pas tester la piscine mais semblait un peu petite pour l’ensemble des clients. Wifi non fonctionnel à oublier

Hotel is in good location and staff is good. Wi-Fi is terrible in hotel. It didn’t work for entire stay despite raising complaints for the same. Breakfast served is good but think options are limited and same everyday which makes it boring.

Bodde två nätter. Fint hotell, härlig poolområde där man kunde beställa mat/dricka direkt till poolen, bra frukost och mycket trevlig personal.

Fint trevligt hotell! Det enda negativa var placeringen av ACns utblås - på balkongen, så när vi hade den igång blåste det varmluft så det inte gick att sitta där. Kanske ett sätt att se till att man inte använder AC. I övrigt bra! Stranden är värd ett besök, en av de finaste vi sett på ön! Man måste boka plats/biljett och betala några euro på dagen men det är gratis efter kl 18.

Equipe muito atenciosa e localização excelente para ir à praia de Rena Bianca e perto da praça principal. Vale ressaltar as ruas de Santa Teresa di Gallura são não sao planas e com declive acentuado. Piscina muito boa e comodidades do hotel. Buffet do café da manhã é excelente. Quarto confortável.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto bella. Lo staff è gentile, anche se piuttosto insistente nella proposta di servizi extra. Un aspetto poco trasparente riguarda il servizio in camera: ci è stato quasi addebitato un costo di 10 euro per due bottigliette d’acqua (del valore di 4 euro), nonostante ci fosse stato detto telefonicamente che il prezzo sarebbe rimasto invariato sia in caso di consegna in camera che di ritiro diretto. Avendo soggiornato solo due notti, l’addebito è risultato evidente in fattura, ma ho il sospetto che, in soggiorni più lunghi, simili costi possano passare inosservati. L’abbiamo fatto presente al check out e non ci hanno addebitato il costo, quasi però come un favore. Complessivamente ci sono strutture meno costose, più nuove e più pratiche a Santa Teresa che certamente avremmo preferito se non fossero state tutte piene. Inoltre, la colazione è mediocre per il posizionamento dell’hotel.

Todo increíblemente bien, la comida muy rica, silencio muy agradable por las zonas comunes, el personal muy atento, te lo explican todo genial. Es cierto que el horario de piscina era algo limitado pero nada que te impida una estupenda estancia

Good breakfast and close to good restaurants and bars. Somehow disappointed that the pool closed at 6.30 pm and didn’t open until 9.30 in the morning, close to check out time. Not much time to use the pool unless you stay for a longer time. You have to pay to get access to the Beach. The cleaning was kind of weak. They only made the bed but didnt change towels or glasses.

Mycket trevligt hotel

No question, this was our favorite stay during our three-week trip to Mallorca and Sardinia. First, it's located a five-minute walk from one of the island's most beautiful beaches. (But note: During summer, the beach limits the number of people who can visit. If you want to go there, you can pay 50 euros through the hotel to guarantee you a spot on a specific day, complete with umbrella and lounge chairs.) Hotel also has a lovely pool and a restaurant. Rooms are nice and have all the necessities. Best of all, however, is the service. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. It's also close to the town central and terminal for the Corsica ferry (highly recommend a day trip to Bonafacio). Spent a week here and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Lovely property in a grade location.

This is a great hotel literally next to a beautiful beach (Rena). For that alone you should stay here but note it’s at the bottom of a very steep hill into town. Wasn’t an issue for me but may be for those who don’t like to walk steep inclines (but takes only a few minutes). Breakfast was standard spread. Staff was super nice. Room was ok. Old and basic so don’t expect much in terms of modern comfort but it was fine for a week. The access to beach was truly the best part.

Very nice hotel, excellent location and staff were fab. Would certainly recommend. Breakfast buffet is very good. Our mistake-thought pool would be more suited to kids from images but steps into deep adult level pool and play area is not toddler friendly. Staff very friendly with kids and welcoming.
