Only had a 2 night stay but was very enjoyable .

Personalet var meget hjælpsomt. Morgenmaden var rigtig god,med et stort udvalg af mad,frugt. Værelset var pænt og rent. Det eneste minus var at poolen kun var 50kvm. Men 300m. Derfra lå den lækre strand med palmer og det turkis blå vand.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the stay. Check-In process was tedious. You have to go to kiosk ,enter your details again and then download the App to get digital access to the room.

Make sure you arrive in plenty of time to check in at the airport as now they’re doing fingerprints and photograph scanning to your passport. Just be repaired for that little bit of delay.

The hotel is nicely renovated and rooms are simple but comfortable. Long breakfast/brunch hours and great selection is a big plus.

Maybe a tenth time in Tent. Good location, suberb brunch, rooms are roomy and clean. Pool is quite small and not the most appealing environment, maybe it could benefit from some kind adjustments to decor etc.

Hôtel pas très bien situé car très en hauteur par rapport à la plage il faut descendre plusieurs routes et des séries de marches. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées, sans aucun équipement mes complémentaires (bouilloire, cafetières, etc …) les coffres dans la chambres ne sont pas compris dans le prix et nécessitent une plus-valve… sinon les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner est très complets même si la salle est très bruyante. Je pense que ce type d hôtel est destiné à une clientèle assez jeune.

Alles in allem ok, sehr hellhörig man konnte das Handy im Nachbarzimmer vibrieren hören. Frühstück war ok aber der Kaffee ungenießbar.

Beim Einchecken werde ich aufgefordert die Hotel App zu installieren. Andernfalls wäre ein Check in nicht möglich. Die App dient auch als Zimmerschlüssel. Als die App nicht funktioniert ist plötzlich doch eine ganz normale Karte verfügbar. Dafür 1 Stern Abzug. Nachts schaltete sich die Klimaanlage ständig selbst aus bzw um auf 23.5 Grad. Das ist nicht grade kühl, dafür 1 Stern Abzug. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut. Riesiges Buffet. Dafür 1 Stern extra.

They didn't clean the room, just change towels, some towels with holes, toilet was splashed of feces for more than 3 days which means the didnt clean correct, i had to clean it, no ice machine in the entire hotel, they sale the ice at the lobby bar 50cents for 3cubes if ice, unbelievable, beverage were not cold in a hot city, the AC can not be lowered than 19 *C, they controlled, as a guest you can not controlled it, no matter what you complain. I won't stat here again, and I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely location even if the view is not amazing. Room nice, great breakfast. They are getting low stars for me because the staff wss not helpful and rude.

The brunch was fantastic as it was served until 1.30pm which is great when we had only arrived at 2am. Room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Excellent bathroom with plenty hot water and powerful hairdryer. You get a lot for your money. Would stay again.

My door key would only work once,so I had to go to reception everyday for 7days sometimes more than once Recetion staff did not deal with it by sorting maintenance

Bien situé à quelques pas de marches du centre et des plages !!!! Le rooftop est génial avec des prix abordables et belle vue !!!

Breakfast did not taste to me it was a lot of option . But the test was not as good

The only issue that I had was regarding the parking. I paid EUR 20 per day and I did not know that the parking was far away. We had to take the sidewalk with the bags and cross traffic lights, etc, And for our surprise the parking was 2 levels down with the elevator broken. We had to take the 50 lbs bags by stairs (2 floors). When I talked to the hotel, they said that they did not know that the elevator was broken.
