Atención al cliente muy buena

We liked the stay but the images used on google and some on expedia are NOT this hotel but the hotel across the street. This gives off the idea that there are more pools and things but they do not have more than 1 pool.

Hotel al lado de la playa, muy limpio y con buena comunicación. El personal agradable.

Hotel mitico en Cadiz que era el mejor hace 20 años pero que necesita una renovacion profunda. Eso si, primerisima linea de playa y muy bien situado.

Nice hotel but wouldn’t say it’s worth £200 a night good it’s next the beach just doesn’t feel 4 star.

Nice hotel right on the beach. Beach chairs for rent of around 9EURO per chair/day. The hotel was comfortable but a bit outdated - rooms could use some remodeling and attention to detail. Our shower was very hard to work and after 3 days still were not able to adjust the temperature.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel and found the staff particularly Esther on reception to be very friendly & helpful to our group The hotel is in a fantastic location right on playa Victoria and only approx 6 eur in a taxi back into the cathedral area of the old town. The red hop on / off bus also stops right outside the hotel who can also sell you the tickets for the red bus. We had paid the extra supplement for a sea view room which was beautiful to wake up to . We had breakfast on only one morning but thought it was quite expensive at 20euro per person compared to the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. The only negative we found was that the hotel rooms particularly wooden floors & wooden furniture badly need to be refurbished as they were very worn in parts. The grout in the bathroom tiles etc could also do with being renewed. Because it’s a 30 year old hotel it definitely needs updating in parts however this would not deter us from staying there again. The location is ideal for both spending time at the pool/beach and exploring the old town of Cádiz also.

Es un hotel muy bonito solo que no se si por la zona habia muchisimo viento pero fuera de eso todo perfecto

Direkter Blick aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar. Grosses Bad mit separatem WC Bidet. Genügend Platz in Schränken. Grosser Balkon. WLAN funktioniert im Zimmer nicht so gut. Preis für das Frühstück finde ich zu hoch, sowie auch für den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vom Hotel.

Genial, empezando por el personal de recepción ,en concreto Nacho, encantador y muy servicial, me ayudó en varias ocasiones con dudas que teníamos sobre donde comer, repetiremos seguro,no me quiero olvidar del personal de limpieza encantadoras.

Awesome location with magnificent sunset views! Wish our Spain trip itinerary included another couple of days in Cadiz! Plenty more to see next trip!

I was expecting upgrade of the rooms due to hotel was closed for few weeks in January, but the was not. Will not be easy for the to keep the standard when you have 2 more 4 star next to the hotel. But the breakfast is the best in Cadiz

EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA. Servicio muy correcto del personal y respecto a la limpieza, dos cosas, primero que el personal lo deja todo muy limpio, pero como es al viejo se deteriora rápido. Creo que ya están rehabilitando algunas zona.

Un hotel precioso a piede playa ( como indica) La playa Victoria muy bonita y recomendable si vas con niños ya que la subida de marea crea unas piscinas para niños muy seguras y comodas para los papas ,la cama un 10 fui con mi pareja era cama doble extra-grande de las mejores de hotel que he probado ,sin embargo el hotel tiene alta valoracion por situacion y la cama y que cuando llegas te sirven un plato con frutas cortesia ,,pero necesita un poco de mano esta un poco viegito ,,tubimos problemas con los grifos del agua fria y caliente que solucionaron enseguida ,los articulos de aseo tubieron que cambiar el de las manos ya que no iba y el de gel de baño estaba caido el champu bien ,,por lo demas no desayunamos ni comimos ya que hay buena oferta fuera,otra cosa a recalcar es que la piscina es un poco pequeña. y no da el sol todo el dia ,calidad precio creo que un poco subido ,,,pero esta directo en la playa ,,eso lo pagas
