Breakfast was ok although 15 euros was expensive fir the choice of food on offer

The location is great. It is close to everything, cathedral, museums, restaurants, grocery stores, and laundry services. The room is very spacious. It also has a great view over the terrace and church steeples in the old town. The reception is very helpful arranging transportation services for us. The taxi can get to the hotel door without lugging the luggage on the limited access streets.

A destacar la extrema amabilidad de la persona de recepción y la limpieza de la habitación (de verdad muy muy limpia). La habitación era amplia, sobria, sin moviliario excesivo. Todo en buenas condiciones. Baño igualmente amplio. Muy centrico, a unos 5 minutos de la catedral.

El personal muy bien, la ubicación también y la habitación súper acogedora con la terracita/mirador a la iglesia.

La habitacion limpia, el hotel lindo y muy bien ubicado.

Hotel très joli et agréable, staff super sympa et serviable, nous avons adoré notre séjour ici. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation inexistant, on attend tout se qu'il se passe dans les chambres attenantes, mais l'hotel vaut vraiment le coup !

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff who made every effort to make you comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. I plan to stay here again next year-and every year I am in Santiago!

We had the room on the 5th floor, which was just lovely! You couldn’t ask for a better view! The location of the hotel also made it the perfect place to stay in Santiago.

The location was a 5 minute walk from the Santiago Cathedral. My room had a balcony that had view of a church which was beautiful. Coffee shop was right outside of the hotel and a self serve laundromat was a two minute walk. Perfect location. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel,

We had a very nice stay here and was very close to the Catedral and close to many restaurants and bars a shopping very convenient location and the hotel very nice beds and bathroom very nice too !!
