God beliggenhet . Hjelpsomme og hyggelige ansatte. Svært bra frokost med noen ala cart retter (omelett og egg Benedict blant annet). Bor gjerne her igjen.

Posizione molto centrale. Molto bella la camera, però mancava un armadio. Strana anche l'assenza di una hall. Per fare colazione bisognava praticamente uscire dall'albergo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel was clean, and the location was excellent—close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The only downside was that the pool area looked a bit worn down and not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good, and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful hotel, centrally located, great staff, especially the lady at the lobby was extremely helpful and warm. Gym needs love, as it has almost nothing to lift other than cardio stuff. Location is awesome, close to everything in downtown, yet pretty calm area.

The "swimmingpool" was out of order during our stay at the hotel. Anyway, it was so small that swimming would not be pleasant. However, the manager took care of our problem and we were given free access to a Spa outside of Varna which offered wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming. The only nuisance was that the location was about 10 km away from the hotel, so we used it only once.

Excellent location very close to the pedestrian street. Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. The restaurant was very good for the breakfast.

Nice hotel for one night . The rooms and especially the balcony need work . The service was good so is the restaurant.

Breakfast was minimal. Lights did not work in room. Coffee machine was also broken
