The fact that we find out at check in that the elevator is down! And give us a room on THIRD floor! We’re not 17, we’re 70!!!!! UP AND DOWN, UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS!!!

Stay was fine

Outstanding service. Clean room. Breakfast was delicious.

Reasonably clean and comfortable. Good location and decent breakfast. Slippery tub.

Holiday Inn Express never disappoints.

We stayed here one night on the way to Rochester. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great. It was located right off the highway and There were not many things (shops or restaurants) around the hotel.

The only issue I had was them doubling the price of the rooms beause of a childrens AAU basketball tournament.

This is a great hotel in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is well maintained and quiet. The bed and room were comfortable.
