Staff very helpful, clean, in a great area of Granada

Chegamos a noite cansados, mas o chuveiro do nosso banheiro não esquentava. Tomamos banho gelado e estava bem frio lá. Conversamos com os funcionário que prontamente nos trocaram de acomodação, mas isso foi chato porque estávamos cansados, já era a noite e tivemos que arrumar todas as nossas coisas para nos mudarmos. Fora isso, foi ótimo

Staff were lovely. Location was excellent. Restaurant food and staff fabulous. A couple of minor maintenance issues in room.

Great location, great staff, beautiful hotel and the restaurant down stairs was probably the best food we ate in Spain. Highly recommend Eurostar !

Dålig lukt på alla allmäna ytor i hela hotellet.Läget är bra nära alla restauranger och affärer.Bra bemötande.De levde inte upp till 5 stjärnor närmare 3 stjärnor skulle jag ge.

Staff were impeccable, very helpful and a credit to the company . The room however was a major disappointment, the ceiling in bathroom flaking and in need of repair , the view from balcony was obstructed by a large yellow crane , bathroom window opened onto a storage room of Hoovers and zero WiFi signal . Not the experience we expected from a 5 star .

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Bar.

Excelente hotel!! Funcionários educados e prestativos! Destaque para a equipe da noite do restaurante. Os três funcionários ( 2 moças e um rapaz) nota 1000. Por favor trocar as camas de mola muito desconfortável. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente!

The noise levels in the rooms from the street are a disgrace. You will not sleep at this hotel. Be warned. Also, bathroom doors are illogical at best - you need to move a door to close another door. AVOID!

Localización excelente. Habitación muy agradable, con todo lo necesario en un hotel de su categoría; parecía pequeña pero la distribución del mobiliario y la luz natural hacen que sea una excelente opción. Cama muy cómoda y baño muy bien distribuido, La temperatura de la habitación perfecta con suelo radiante en el baño. El personal excelente, muy amable y profesional. Nos dejaron unos detalles en la habitación que nos encantó. Por decir algo para mejorar, algunos detalles deberían ser actualizados o restaurados (maderas en el baño) Excelente relación calidad/precio. Volveremos.

This was a good, but not great, hotel stay. The positives is its location (very close to everything and the train) and relatively good rooms and good service. The not-so-good - this is not a 5-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is a solid 4-star hotel at a nice price. The bathrooms were quite weird organized. Check in was weird as they did not have a room ready until 10 minutes after the official check in time (never had that happen before). Finally, this hotel is on a busy street and if you get a room on that side of the building, it may end up being loud.
