Unfortunately, it was not a great stay as we did not sleep. The hotel needs air conditioning; a fan was provided but this was so loud that it also prevented sleep. We were disappointed as this was special anniversary trip and the room was not cheap.

Hotellrummet var väldigt fin och fräsch. Frukosten var helt okej men inget fantastiskt. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam men de glömde ge oss ett stadskort där man kunde få olika rabatter I staden. Hotellet ligger också nästintill en kyrka där klockorna börja slå på tidigt på morgonen om man är lättväckt.

Restaurant was wonderful. A nice place.

My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer! What a lovely hotel, I found the staff to be kind and accommodating, just felt so welcome. The room was cozy, uber clean and loved being able to open a window and see the mountains ... such a joy!

Great location, some of the period charm left, but starting to look a bit run down.

This is an old hotel that has great charm, however we found the beds lumpy and too firm. We had booked too rooms ( at the same price) but they were very different…. One was very small and stuffy. The staff was able to move us to a slightly larger room with more light. Loved having the tea kettle but each dsy had to ask for a cup.

Staying in this hotel was a great that we gonna remember for life. Also the food and the service was stoning.

I asked for breakfast to go to make my train. Night desk never relayed the message. Unnecessary scramble and stress in the early am.

Staff was very professional, courteous, helpful and accommodating to me. I had a very late check-in and the hotel staff communicated well, which made the process seamless. The room was clean and there was a nice breakfast. Only a 9 min walk from Chur train station.

Lovely hotel. Centrally located. Small room but very comfortable. Lovely and comprehensive breakfast. Very helpful staff especially Mr Reda who checked me in late at night.
