Hi, I stayed in Pater residency over a week. In general it is a great place according to its cost.

Well located for what we wanted to do in Budapest. Approx 30 minute walk to city centre. Apartment was well kitted out. On face of it clean. Air con in living room only. TV only worked on internet. The bed bugs did bite...only one of us thankfully

The flat is nice although it could use a new paint job and the curtains could use a wash. The location is great.

Appartement très bien le seul soucis la table de salle qui ne tient pas

Residence pulito,comodo e vicino a mezzi di trasporto. Sono soddisfatto!

I was robbed from my hotel room while we were away. Money was stolen from my luggage from my apartment. CCTV footage showed that that day, 2 cleaning ladies , entered our apartment. Police were informed by hotel manager and came to report. I think that the hotel/Residence are responsible of who they hire to take care of the hotel. To date, I still have heard nothing from both hotel or police since 4th Jan.

The furnishings are pure Ikea, very hard worn and grubby. The flooring has seen better days. The cushions on the sofa were grossly Vomit contaminated and dirty and we returned the worst to reception. The duvets did not bear up to an inspection under the covers and were disgusting. Obviously the owners do not care and nor do the cleaners. There is plenty of space and the heating works well (much needed with the outside temperatures). Would it hurt to actually attach the toilet seats correctly?

The staff inside this apartment is rude. When we combine two single bed to one, we found out many dust and rubbish coming out from the bed bottom. You need to use your tower for the whole stay if you would like to stay for a long time and then you need to care about it because if you would like another tower, you need to pay extra money to them. No aashing machine inside the room if you want to wash, please pay money to them.

Abbiamo alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti del residence. Molto spazioso ma vecchiotto. Effettivamente la pulizia era carente ma considerando il costo bassissimo del soggiorno dó al residence la sufficienza. Ottima la posizione vicina a metro e tram. A pochi passi c’è anche un grande centro commerciale che ci è stato molto utile.

Enkla inredningar, i behöv av renoveringar. Smutsig, första dagen var så smutsig att vi var tvungna städa själv. Man märker smuts o damm över allt i lägenheten. Personalen är jätte hjälpsam när vi kontakta de. Ligger i bra området.

ottima la location , l'appartamento è molto carino, non tenuto in maniera soddisfacente, c'erano quasi tutte le prese elettriche staccate dal muro, una porta con il buco, il piede del tavolo rotto ed era un po sporco

Great location, great facilities.. bathroom not up to standers of the rest of the apartment but not detrimental to the visit. Good value for money but not the highlight of the holiday. Would still recommend
