Todo perfecto y personal muy amable

Amazing Our 6th visit I think, only a short visit for 3 days of luxury before moving on to Playa Blanca for a cheap room only deal in our favourite resort. Seaside Los Jameos did not disappoint in any way amazing food and everything so comfortable. Only negative was the weather....not their fault I know... .. but it was a great opportunity to visit Arrecife for a spot of sightseeing and as its only a 10 min taxi drive so doable at anytime and worth the short trip on a cooler day.

Nous sommes habitués aux hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles mais celui ci restera dans notre top 3 des meilleurs hôtels. Tout était parfait: nourriture exceptionnelle et variée, personnel au top et hyper attentionné (mon fils a même eu droit à un petit gâteau accompagné d’une bougie le soir de son anniversaire j’ai trouvé le geste hyper touchant). Chambre fonctionnelle et très propre. Extérieur de l’hôtel très bien entretenu avec une belle végétation. Nous retournerons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.

I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good.

Schönes modernes Hotel mit gutem Kinderpool und Rutschen und sehr gutem Essen.

Sehr schöne Zimmer , sehr bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, für mich besonders die Auswahl an der Fischtheke, ich liebe Seezunge. Die Anlage ist traumhaft, mit vielen Palmen, Kakteen etc, die Liegen am Pool sind super bequem und der Pool ist auch schön groß mit einem kleinen schönen Wasserfall . Tolle Livemusik , sehr leckere Getränke( Non-Alkohol) und ein Kaffeevollautomat mit Auswahl normale Milch oder Hafer und Koffein oder Entkoffeinierten Kaffee. Die Gäste sind international, ich finde es eher anonym also nicht wie im Robinson Club , aber das ist okay. Jedoch für Alleinreisende, die Anschluss suchen, eher schwierig. Ich war mit meiner Tochter da und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Sehr gute Lage, nah am Flughafen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Und direkt an der schönen Promenade und den großen Sandstrand.

The Gardens are beautiful with lush greenery, many water features and a back door onto the promenade, a Mini Golf area, several swimming pools, fish pond, a couple of cafes and a multitude of sun loungers. you are bound to feel relaxed in such salubrious surrounds

Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping.

Très bel hôtel. Chambre très confortable et agencée avec des matériaux de qualité. Personnel très accueillant.

Huoneessa ei ollut shampoota koko viikon matkan aikana. Sängyissä oli alla pyörät, joten ne liukuvat eroon toisistaan yöllä. Chromecast toimi, se oli positiivista! Huone oli siisti, henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin ilmastointi oli KAIKILTA lukittu ja se ei ollut käytöss. Varmista siis että ilmastointi on käytettävissä.

All the above but the staff are first class. Friendly, smiling and helpful.

Chambre impeccable car rénovée. Personnel toujours top. Repas, nourriture excellents, de qualité.

Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times next year. Can’t wait!

Dies war unser 2. Aufenthalt im Hotel. Alles perfekt, sogar der Zimmerwunsch wurde berücksichtigt 👍 Die neuen Zimmer sind wirklich toll mit dem grossen TV. Das einzige Manko war die Beleuchtung. Im Gang zu wenig Licht und im Bad sehr schlechtes Licht. Der Vergrösserungsspiegel im Bad wäre ja toll, wenn er auf Augenhöhe angebracht wäre und Licht hätte. Leider hat es immer noch Kakerlaken im Restaurantbereich und am Pool. Solange diese nicht im Zimmer rumkrabbeln, geht es ja. Würde das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, mit der traumhaften Vegetation in der Anlage und dem freundlich zuvorkommenden Personal.

Food was not as good as in previous visits.

Fantastic interior and exterior. Facilities superb. Location is amazing. Variety of food, seating areas, bars, pools, activities, terrific. Breakfast available from 6 til 10.30 and dinner over a 3 hour schedule to suit all plans.
