The front desk receptIonist, Egnozia is great. She remembers us every time we come back. The dining room staff, Betty, Luca, and Ale are so welcoming. We come back because the staff are so fantastic!! Much appreciated for the lovely stay!!

A wonderful surprise at this excellent hotel. A seaside view with a small balcony. Very nice, new facilities. A fabulous breakfast buffet and a rooftop bar and restaurant. We loved Riccione so much we plan to go back for an extended stay at this hotel. Great staff for all services.

The staff is amazing. Egi, Dario, Luca and the maintenance staff make me feel so welcomed. I would come back because of the staff. Hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is great w lots of items made fresh at the hotel.

Bra läge. Hotellet ligger nära tågstationen, stranden, restauranger och affärer. Rummet var lagom stort för två personer. Frukostbuffé var jättebra med bra utbud. All personal på hotellet var väldigt trevliga och serviceminded. Vi använde inte poolen, det området var väldigt litet och ofta fullt. Honesty bar fungerade väldigt bra och Sky bar var också ett trevligt ställe med fin utsikt. Provade två behandlingar i Spa avdelningen som verkligen var bra. Engelska fungerade bra på hotellet.

Værelset var meget lille og balkonen med delvis havudsigt er nærmest ikke eksisterende. God beliggenhed, sød betjening, kunne godt være renere på værelset.

Personale eccezionale e struttura sempre pulita. Unico neo, la camera identificata come SUITE è solo una stanza normale con aggiunta di locale, non fruibile, con divano letto.

Ottima esperienza. I servizi sono eccellenti e il personale preparato e cordiale. La camera luminosa, pulita, comodissima e gli spazi ampi...la posizione e la struttura dell'hotel regalano una totale privacy anche con gli edifici circostanti. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio...Provare per credere... Tornerei e proverei anche la Spa

Ein hübsches, modernes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und ausgesprochen nettem Personal. Gestört hat einzig, dass das Haus ziemlich hellhörig ist. Der Parkplatz war extra zu bezahlen, was wir bei dem Preis nicht angemessen fanden.

Ottimo hotel, in buona posizione, camera un po piccola ma confortevole, ben arredata e ben isolata! Peccato solo che l'accesso alla SpA dell'Hotel ha un costo di € 25 a persona e non è prevista nessuna riduzione per gli ospiti dell'Hotel!

Great staff and location near local bars and restaurants. Free hire of hotel bikes to get to Misano circuit a bonus. Lovely breakfast and staff made my choice of coffee every day without asking. AC included but didn't cool below 22c.....

Struttura moderna e pulita. Colazioni ricche e pasti a buffet a pagamento ma deliziosi. I contro: stanza un po' piccola, parcheggio auto a pagamento.

I liked the look of the rooms and especially the bathroom The Pool was a bit to little.

Tutto molto bene. Struttura bella e curata in ogni dettaglio. Personale gentilissimo dalla reception al personale delle pulizie. Altamente consigliato.

We booked this hotel for 5 nights in February and enjoyed it so much we extended for a further 7 nights. The staff were brilliant, especially Valentina, Egzona and Gabrielle at reception and Luca in the restaurant. We stayed in a comfort room which had plenty of space, cupboards and drawers, a very nice bathroom and a large shower (a rarity in Italy!). The breakfast area offered a great choice of food and excellent service. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and each time the food was superb. Staying in winter, the pool was not open but we enjoyed the spa facilities and the staff even bought out the bicycles for us to use whilst we were there. The hotel is in a great location and we would definately staff here again.

Siamo giunti alla hotel per una toccata e fuga di una notte... Ho trovato subito alla reception persone disponibili, gentili e flessibili. Mi è stata assegnata una camera come richiesto pulita, grande e ben dotata. Il ristorante è di buon livello dove ho trovato del personale disponibile con la mia bimba celiaca. Se posso ci ritornerò volentieri.
