Was in a shopping complex and very bad windows and ventilation. Rooms very small with small bathrooms. They need to keep it more cleaner.

The stay was vwry good and as expected. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was small but enough for 2 people since it had 2 separate beds.

We stayed at the Park Indore for a couple of days but had to extend the stay by half a day when the Park was booked full. Stayed at the Ginger Indore for literally a few hours before catching a flight. Maybe we were spolit by the Park but the Ginger paled against the Park. Pros: Good location, restaurant food was with limited options but good, reception tried hard to make things right. Cons: Hotel wifi would not work for our room inspite of multiple tries by reception, cleanliness was OK at best (especially restroom faucets, quality etc.), the elevator was small and exteremely slow. Overall the hotel was average at best. In essence, very reasonably priced but but you get what you pay for.

I stayed at the Ginger Andheri East, Mumbai and therefore decided to stay at the Ginger Indore. While the Ginger Andheri East was great, The Ginger Indore was fantastic. Service from everyone was spot on. Nothing less than 5 star service from all staff. Room was Clean, big, and comfortable. Good in room wifi. Location wise is good as the hotel is situated just above shopper’s stop at Indore. Special mention to Payal and her colleague Vini –Front office staffs who went out of the way to ensure a super efficient service at check in and check out. Will definitely recommend and will be back here again

What a gem of a hotel. The staff are all exceptional. The room was good size, great bed, Preeti who cleaned was fantastic. The food is really great and we looked forward to breakfast every morning. The coffee machine in reception is a good idea and it is so heartening to find a hotel that provides water refill so the plastic bottle problem is being addressed. Would definitely stay again.
