Fint overnatningssted i udkanten af Heraklion med busstop lige ved indgangen. Store værelser med terraseByder på mange forskellige aktiviteter, som minigolf og tennis, godt for børnefamilier. Lækkert med en stor pool med direkte adgang til stranden. God morgenmadsbuffet, aftensmadsbuffeten var medium.

Clean property nice staff. . First night did not have internet to work with, tv had one Chanel, no hot water in the morning. Later they changed my room, too late, because I had to leave.

Es gibt zwei Vorteile im Civitel Creta Beach: die renovierten, schönen Premium Bungalows und die tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Begrüßung hätte etwas ausführlicher sein können (z.B. Erklärung Essenszeiten/Leistung All inclusive, Vorstellung der Hotelanlage etc…). Das Essen (Angebot und Atmosphäre) hat uns nicht gut gefallen. Als All inclusive Gast erhält man noname Sirup Getränke im Pappbecher, die geschmacklich leider enttäuschend sind. Das Essen kann in buffetform (Kantinenfeeling) entweder in einem großen Speisesaal oder einer Terrasse (begrenzte Sitzmöglichkeiten) eingenommen werden. Wir konnten an einem der Abende kostenfrei (Getränke mussten bezahlt werden) das Premium Restaurant neben der Rezeption nutzen. Die Speisen dort und der Service waren hervorragend. Unbedingt ausprobieren. Fazit: Das Hotel eignet sich für Urlauber, die den Fokus auf Strand und ein schönes Zimmer legen und sich ggf. außerhalb verpflegen. Zur Wahrheit gehört jedoch auch dass wir Gäste gesehen haben, denen es scheinbar gut geschmeckt hat :D

Personal super, freundlich & zuvorkommend. Essen ist okay, Fleisch immer zu lange gebraten. Poolbar top. Allerdings bei All In nicht alle Cocktails inbegriffen, wie zB Caipi oder Mojito. Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Meer & mit dem Bus ist man in 30 Minuten in Heraklion. Durch die einzelnen Bungalows sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, kein riesiger Hotelkomplex. Liegen am Pool und am Meer umsonst und immer genug da.

Nice place for family ….nice view . Old resort and AC doesnt work corectly . Very hot room in july .

We checked in July 11 around 2pm. They gave us a room for 3 even though in the records they had us for 2 and paid the extra charge. The room bangalow style looked rather old, there were aunts in the floor and AC unit was not working properly. It had a piece of tape on one site which I took a photo. We notified the reception about the aunts and AC and a lady came and sprayed around. They promised to take care of the AC. We thought they would and went to the beach. We came back and the AC was still bringing hot air. The phone in the room was not working and every time we need to contact the reception we had to walk in the hotter sun for about 500 meters. They said no problem we will check and fix the AC. We went out and came back 11pm. The room was awfully hot and had to walk back to the reception and this time yelled at them that this is unacceptable. They told us that they will move us to another room and gave us the keys but under the condition that we need to walk back and bring the old keys back to them. Instead of apologizing they appeared that they were doing us a favor and us moving to a proper room with AC working was conditional to bringing the card keys of the first room back. In addition they offered no help to transport our luggage to the room was not next door but to walk around to find it. The new room had no light working outside and took us sometime to find it. The new room was a bit bigger, clean and the AC was working fine. We did waste however one night.

I liked the short walking distances to the beach, stores and bus stops. Its was on a perfect location. The service was wonderful and they helped us with everything we needed.

Wunderschöne Bungalow-Anlage mit Privatstrand. Frühstück verbesserungswürdig. Strand könnte sauberer sein. Wegbeleuchtungen zwischen den Gebäuden teilweise kaputt und werden nicht zeitnah repariert. Bungalows renoviert, aber Kleinigkeiten müssten erneuert werden (z. B. Duschbrause). Besonders empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kind(ern). Restaurants quasi vor der Türe an der Hauptstraße. Bushaltestelle direkt am Hoteleingang.

If you stay in Crete you must stay at this resort!!! We were right next to the beach!!! They have plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella’s on the beach. The pool is nice also with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet is excellent there are so many choices. George at the front desk was amazing. This is a must stay at resort!!!

Hôtel très accueillant !

Sejour très correct et agréable. Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'environnement, la plage, ainsi que la qualité du restaurant Onirokipos qui est dans l'enceinte de l'etablissement. Un seul mais, le reseau wifi de l'hotel ne marche pas toujours et n'est pas securisé: c'est un wifi public.

Nicht ganz klar gewesen ob die All inklusive oder nicht bei der Buchung ersichtlich. Vor Ort dan erfahren das kein All inklusive bei der Buchung dabei ist. Strand war sehr schmutzig und aufgeräumt. Das Rudergerät bei der Fitnessplatform war defekt und konnte nicht genutz werden. Sehr teuer für Griechenland, z.B ein Ice Tea Dose kostet 4 Euro und im Laden nebendran 1 Euro. Wie au eine Portion Eis kostete 4 Euro, Cafe 4 Euro etc. Fast so teuer wie in der Schweiz. Personal war sehr freundlich und Provesionell Die Gartenbewirtschaftung und der Strand im Allgemeinen sehr schön.

The staff took amazing care of us the whole time, they upgraded us to a house right on the water, the food was the best we have had at any of the stays on this trip and we cannot recommend you going here more! Thank you ALL you were so good to us <3 See you next year!

Excellent room Good breakfast Good location. The hotel gardens were not ready. There is no gym!!

What a lovely break - we haven’t been on holiday in over 4 years.. this was the perfect one back! It was super relaxing, the all inclusive food was always interesting and had a large range to choose from. The staff (especially in the restaurant) where wonderful I believe his name was Sofkolis (apologies if wrong) was a star, he already knew what drinks we wanted as we were arriving. A lovely place for a relaxing break!

The checkin was terrible due to a discrepancy between the booking with Expedia and the resort. Expedia was quick to provide info to the resort but the resort wouldn’t accept the information. We spent 2 hours at the checkin counter and asked to have a room and then I continued to work on getting a resolution, which didn’t happen until the next day. Gianni’s at the front desk was terrible, rude and disrespectful! However the other staff were very friendly at the buffet restaurant and at the bar pool. Mario at the bar was excellent! The room was very clean. Thongs were not fully open and so the a la cart restaurant was not available for us to book during our 3 night stay, there were no shows or theme restaurant available. The beach is beautiful, you can walk for miles in both directions but it was difficult to find a chair that wasn’t dirty, lots of bird poop. The buffet restaurant food was great but they have set hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so food is not available 24/7 as an all inclusive, I am used to having that service. We played mini putt golf and it was fun even though it is in rough shape. Ball went into the hole and never came out so we had to go and ask for another ball! We went out to a Thalassina Aura restaurant across the street and they had live entertainment and was a lot of fun! Crete is a beautiful island and would highly recommend!
