It’s located near to attractions.

Hotel was fine. Convenient to city center. Bed was firm as a rock slab. Wait staff in restaurant and bar were quite good at walking by and totally ignoring attempts to attract their attention.

Upon checking in found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful so much so we requested change of room because the room on first floor had view of brick wall therefore allocated room on fourth floor a forward facing bedroom. Decor is pleasant enough though furniture dated in the bedroom and some fixtures and furnishings looked slightly rather tired and worn. There were nice touches such as soft drinks and crisps provided. Would appear breakfast served in the restaurant is possibly run by a company separate to hotel and we found bit of an atmosphere and staff seemed a little stern if not a little lacking morale. Cooked breakfasts were tasty enough and served piping hot. Hotel could be doing with with some well warranted TLC particularly corridors and bedrooms. Hotel could so easily be upgraded to be stylish again.

I think breakfast was a bit of a let down, the continental side of the breakfast could have been better, and the cooked breakfast should have been all you can eat. The room was alright, we had WiFi, and the bathroom was clean as it should be. The car park was value for money, the ambience of the hotel was welcoming and very nice. The location was great not far from the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants and bars.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Very good value for money and in an excellent location for both city and waterfront. Every member of staff seemed to go above and beyond which made for an excellent stay. From breakfast to a late night drink in the bar (plus late pizza) couldn’t fault it!!

The Front door staff wasn’t very welcoming. My room was very dusty. My room had no telephone service so I couldn’t speak with anyone even to order a meal. I was expecting a bit more than that…

Nice hotel in a great location. However, please don't take the additional breakfast option, £17.50 when checking in, £19.50 if ordered on the morning. Absolutely awful, and hardly any food on the plate - I have photo's. You have been warned......

Fabulous location. Staff really friendly to my daughter and friend . They loved the room and especially the aircon ! Great location to explore Liverpool by foot . What a bargain !

Clean room nice size bedroom very warm though and window did not open and could not get a.c to work breakfast very nice but long wait

We got the package deal with breakfast and in room mini bar included.Lavish breakfast bar and alacarte menu was well worth the add on! Rooms were smallish for my taste but that is expected in Europe. This did not disappoint Just a preference. Staff was excellent!

Great hotel. Staff were excellent, Especially Adriana in the breakfast serving.

The food service area was a bit dark and dingy. The staff there were good and very helpful. I do feel the hotel could do with a proper restaurant and separate bar area. Generally speaking, the hotel was good for a one night stay which we had. We needed staff assistance with the air condition settings. Hotel is very central in the city and handy for most locations.

Close to cruise terminal- within walking distance if reasonably fit. Wonderful staff, welcoming and helpful. Would stay there again as near all amenities.
