Todas las instalaciones, el desayuno, el personal, la limpieza en la habitación y en todo el hotel en general fue excelente…Si algo tenemos para comentar, porque fue lo único que nos creó cierta incomodidad y molestia, y es que en el baño estaba tapiada, cerrada con una placa, la rejilla de la ventilación…Entonces, darse una ducha significó cada vez, llenar de vapor no solo el baño, sino también la habitación, humedeciendo la ropa de cama, y todo lo que estaba en el ambiente…Creo que lo que corresponde es que habiliten esa rejilla de aireación. Todo lo demás muy bien !

La habitación no fue barrida durante la estadía y el agua de la ducha el primer día salió fría y luego del reclamo salió tibia.

Muy bueno todo en general. Lo único negativo es que la señal de wifi es muy mala en la habitación (incluso la tele tarda muchísimo en cargar Netflix, incluso a veces ni lo hace), en especial dentro del horario nocturno, si corrigen eso es un 10

O hotel é bem antigo, tem carpete, mas é muito bom. Se der uma atualização no piso o hotel seria nota 10.

Nice employee

Great stay of 4 days with my family. We had a suite and needed a crib for my daughter which was there waiting for us when we arrived. We even arrived early and weren't able to let them know but they had the room ready all the same since they new the flight times and accounted for that. Really great spot, just a bit of left over garbage and dirt in the bathroom but otherwise it was lovely.

Lovely place to stay. Paying a little extra to use the spa during our stay was really worth it. Loved a sauna at the end of the day. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well

Great condition

Horrible!! I had to put 1 because there are no “0”. The worst hotel I have been in my life. Bugs on the bed. The building is falling apart. The first night I had to sleep in chairs because bugs came out flying out of the covers The smell of the bathroom as a public bathroom. They just spent money on the hall and the dining area. The rest is terrible. I THINK THEY PAID THE BE a 4 star hotel. In USA that is not even a motel. I have pictures and videos to prof this. Do not stay here

We loved everything, the room, breakfast, the spa, the staff and the neighborhood. Definitely you need to stay a few days you will feel pampered.

Habitacion muy comoda, camas confortables, sabanas impecables, personal amable a toda hora. Un 10!

The hotel is located on downtown of Mar del Plata. Its no a good location for a peaceful vacation. They have Turkish bath and un acclimated poll but always was full of people! Breakfast ok. Al the employees were very friendly.

Las habitaciones no están en buenas condiciones. alfombra en mal estado y tuvieron que cambiarnos por olor insoportable a humedad.

Muy buen desayuno, personal muy amable. La habitación era muy antigua y la ducha andaba mal. Muy muy oscura una parte de la habitación. El spa excelente pileta hermosa
