Not a very good hotel/motel. Ceiling was partial falling in one room. The second room had towels dirty but refolded and shelved. Walls in both rooms had nasty particles on them.

The gal working there was amazing. She moved us immediately when we saw our bathroom was flooded. I will admit I was upset I called in advance to see if the pool was open, closed. It was open but COLD no heat.

Walked into batroom and found Cockroaches. Informed staff that facility was unacceptable, and got refunded.

Bad owners. It was items from the previous occupants still in the rooms, bed bugs was the biggest problem, spend your money else where

Room was not clean, I realize it’s a budget place, but really gone downhill. Plaster was falling off of the ceiling.

I didn’t like how dirty it was, couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi and the tv didn’t work very good and the free breakfast that I was told that I lead suppose to get never happened. I probably won’t ever try to stay there again

Room bed was good, nice job of cleaning room daily. No internet as advertised, TV was blurry and very poor reception. Lack of parking.

It was very outdated. Still smells of smoke. Was basically a place to sleep.

This is an example of angles making a picture better... The property looked abandoned from the road.. the parking lot was not paved... it looked like tractor-trailer parking.... the room had what looked like urine stains on the chair.... I didn't even check in...i asked to are the room and decided better

Couldn’t use the tv. We couldn’t figure out how to work it. Even the younger kids and grandkids didn’t know how it worked. I tried to call up front to ask ,and tried to talk to someone the next morning and didn’t see anyone. As a senior citizen I couldn’t turn on the bathroom shower and my daughter had to figure it out. Not a good place for seniors.

Bedbugs. Need i say more. Rooms were unsanitary, sink leaked, shower wouldnt drain stood in water nasty... Trash around motel was first signs.

This place is a dump! Do not stay here! Very dated, although it seemed clean. Only SOME of the rooms have a hairdryer. When I asked for one, the guy at the front desk told me he would have to ask the manager, and that would be the next day. I ended up going out and having to buy one. The TV didn't work - the picture was fuzzy. The last straw was that I came back from a 5 hour bike ride, and there was no hot water. Even though I had booked a 4 night stay, I asked to be able to check out early so that I could get ANOTHER hotel that actually had hot water. One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. I wasted half an afternoon packing all my gear up, and moving to another hotel

The window to our room was broken, the door lock was broken, there were people cooking over an open fore in the parking lot and the stair railing was broken. COMPLETE DUMP!

The Tv didn’t work properly, it only had two electrical plugs ,, towels were dirty, the lamp wouldn’t turn off , The covers on the bed had stains on it

Cheap, close to I 35, Repair the years old DEEP axel breaking pot holes PLEASE. Charming Indian checking lady. Very welcoming after a long rainy detour plagued journey to Emporia

It is nice for a little weekend stay.

DIRTY

I found it very disturbing there was a used bar of soap left in the shower. Also the mirrors were obviously not cleaned. There were fingerprints all over it
