Hotel is getting renovated. Rooms are nice and new. Area surrounding hotel is sketchy and probably not very safe at night.

I was looking for a place that I could say for one night to support a family member. This property is immaculate. I'm happy to learn that.It was newly renovated, and the rooms were nice and new and clean and neat

Nice clean and good price

The rooms where very clean. I like the dove products in the bathroom. I enjoyed my stay.

Only issue is there is no ice makers in public spaces. Each room has a freezer with an ice maker. Ours was not working right and only made two trays of ice during our stay. I called the front desk hoping they could have someone look at it but was told there was nothing to be done and they didn’t have anyone to fix it. Wonder what would have happened if a toilet was overflowing?

Property was in construction, however my suite was really clean and perfect and the staff was really friendly with us no complains.

Besides having to pay $800 a night for a Candlewood suites, the first room we got, the air conditioner didn’t work. Second room we got had no hairdryer and none was available from the front desk. There was no ice

Nice rooms with stove options and big fridge if you want to go shopping for food.

When I was about to depart Memphis on my way to the New Orleans area, on the morning of the day we were going to begin our 7 day stay, someone from the hotel called me to inform me that we would not be able to check into the handicap accessible room that I had reserved, because it was not available. This was despite the fact that I had phoned the property the previous week to confirm the booking and the specific room type. I require a walk-in shower. I could have managed a one night stay, but a week? No way. I was forced to find alternative accommodations the first day of a week-long stay in an extremely popular travel destination. The only way it could have been worse is if they hadn't called me and waited until I showed up to check in.

My experience was starting off to not so great!! Came all the way from Mississippi and the hotel could not find my reservation!! After we called Expedia, they resolved the issue everything was fine.
