Really family friendly

I love staying at Laos Mar! super close to the beach, super easy to get taxis, parking on site and they’re so helpful with anything you need! truly the best place to stay at in puerto!

La propiedad está remodelada pero aún les faltan algunos arreglos los cuartos están bonitos lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza le falta más y el desayuno no está bueno no hay variedad y no tiene sabor la comida 🍱

First main reason for choosing the hotel was it said Continental Breakfast. It was not it was toast ,beans, and chopped tortillas with sauce supposedly chillaquilles but it wasnt. Not even eggs or any kind of sausage. The room phone didnt even work properly to call for front desk. Issues getting the ceiling fan to work, lamp on desk didnt work, and we paid extra for an upgraded room for a ocean view that was majorly blocked by a tall palm tree with a bunch of dead branches hanging every where. Shower heads out dated and rusted water pressure would come and go , water never got any colder than room temperature either. The only good part i can say was security staff was very friendly and helpful

Me gustó la practicidad del hotel, que la playa bonita queda justo frente al mismo, la alberca está muy padre y cuenta con jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Great location and staff is helpful. Continental breakfast was good but limited. Rooms need fridge and microwave.

Filthy pool and stains all over the sheets, carpet, walls and curtains

There was no WiFi

Rock-hard beds (mattress sitting on a built-in wood slab!) made for backaches in the morning. They were so uncomfortable that we actually left a day early! There were lipstick stains on a pillow case and another, unidentifiable stain on a sheet. The breakfast was horrible- tried one day and didn’t return. Staff were nice but with very limited English. Pool area was nice and beach access was just a short walk across the street. Very disappointing stay.

The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs! My husband couldn’t stop admiring how good everything was despite being a last minute trip. Beach was 1 minute walk away which was a plus! Amazing beach waters!

It was ok there was a person up front a little rude and they try to accuse me of something and get charged for it i was out for the day came back they canceled my card to enter the room i rented because they said something about wet mattress which it wasn't true staff came in to check mattress so embarrassing they didn't need to cancel my card to the room

The room was dirty on the first day, but it was much better during the rest of my stay; the staff were very friendly.

Water pressure in the room would randomly go up or down. There were crumbs on the floor next to the sliding door. The staff was very nice and even had a refrigerator for my mother's medication.

En general es un hotel limpio, le falta algo de mantenimiento en la habitación.

Next trip in June 10-12. We want good price.

All staff was super nice. We’ll come back again.
