Hôtel agréable très bien situé. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. L’hôtel est plutôt moderne et propre mais de nombreux infrastructures manque d’entretien. Ascenseur en panne, fontaine d’eau non fonctionnel à l'étage. Suivant les chambres pour notre par le douche balnéothérapie ne fonctionne pas, la vitre de la douche idem et le frigo ne refroidit pas mais la chambre reste propre agréable et bien insonorisé. Merci à l’équipe qui est très agréable pour l’accueil

Great family stay. About 20 min walk from Avignon center. Did not have laundry facilities despite advertising such.

Property is located just outside the ramparts of the medieval walled city of Avignon. The location is excellent for exploring this historic area.

Our family had a very comfortable two night stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed. Just need to replace the Fußball table! 😉

I was impressed by this room. It’s extremely clean and was beyond our expectations.

Praktisk beliggenhet, + med garasje i underetasjen, kort vei til restauranter, butikker og severdigheter! Hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Vask av bad kunne vært betraktelig bedre; striper av gammel moro nedover vegger og hårrester på toalettet. Resten av rommet var veldig fint! Rommet ble ikke vasket underveis - vaskepersonalet hadde hengt opp skilt på døren om at vi ikke ønsker vask, mens vi var ute av hotellet.

Loved having the Medieval walls just outside of the hotel so that all you had to do was cross the street and enter the center of Avignon

Great location just outside the city walls and very friendly and helpful welcome at the reception. The hotel appears somewhat tired and the cleanliness is not what you could expect from an Accor hotel

Close to the Papal Palace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Right in front of the old city walls, but yet outside. Walking proximity from the reason to be there at all. Just a few restaurants around, but there is plenty in the old city. Parking garage for a fee

Mycket trevligt hotell; fint rum, trevligt poolområde och god frukost.Bra läge med gångavstånd till centrum. Enda minus var att vi fick många mail från hotellet innan resan som endast var på franska.

My best friend and I really enjoyed staying at this conveniently located property which was walkable to the train station and all the restaurants. The breakfast was included and was really good! Overall the rooms are great, spacious.

This could have been a nice hotel, but management does not seem to be able to manage bus loads properly. They should assign a separate breakfast room and buffet if they allow the hotel to be overwhelmed by these bus tourists. On saturday, no proper breakfast was available due to this. On the other days of our stay, the breakfast buffet was not what we expect from a Novotel. Mostly sugared pastries and fat foot, almost no choice of healthier breads
