servizi buoni . struttura bella ma un po vecchiotta mantenuta discretamente pulizia ottima mangiare buono piscine da curare un po di piu' e sostituzione o abellimento copertura piscina.

Stanze grandi e pulite, personale gentile e disponibile, cibo buono, belle piscine. Operazioni di check-in e check-out veloci. :)

Struttura gradevole, con un bel parco e personale attento e premuroso.

Friendly staff, very clean and well maintained facilities, free shuttle service to the beach, A/C worked well, and just a very relaxing atmosphere overall. Would highly recommend staying here! There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby and a lot of spots both within the premises and nearby to see the sunset.

В отеле приятная расслабляющая атмосфера. Там есть три термальных бассейна с температурой воды 24, 28 и 38 градусов и большая территория вокруг бассейнов с лежаками и зонтами с прекрасным видом на гору Эпомео. Работники отеля очень доброжелательны и стараются во всем помочь. Мы отдыхали в конце сентября и в этот период в отеле, в основном, отдыхали немецкие пенсионеры. Из того, что не понравилось, хотелось отметить большое количество хлора, который добавляют в бассейны. На мой взгляд, его там слишком много.

La struttura è immersa nel verde e ha una zona termale stesso all'interno. Buona la mezza pensione. :)

I thought it’s located on the water because the pics shows beaches. But the hotel is located inland. The hotel is dated. Need modernized. The restaurant opens in short window. There are almost no restaurant around the hotel. Need to take a shuttle to go to town or beaches. I loved the thermal bath but it is opened only until 8pm!! I want until 11pm!! At the checkin , there is no instruction about food service or spa service and no brochure so we had no idea how it works... there are 2 cold pool and one thermo bath. plenty of chairs. At the restaurant , buffet salad and some food to chose from. I had no idea how it worked because no. Physical menu or prices indicated. I learned later on my bill. The meal itself $20 euro each. Drinks separate. Weird thing is they offer dessert but no cafe. You have to go to another place to get a cafe. I thought it’s weird because in the morning they serve cafe.

Bellissima struttura, personale gentile e cortese, buona cucina e ottima accoglienza del maître: il signor Enzo, una persona davvero simpatica e sopratutto professionale. Inoltre viene fornito un servizio di navetta per la spiaggia di Citara e per il porto di Forio, e a pochi passi è presente anche la fermata del bus che permette di raggiungere altre spiagge bellissime, come la riserva naturale di Sorgeto (da lì si può prendere una barca e andare a Sant'Angelo), la spiaggia di San Francesco o Cava dell'isola.

Hotel in una bellissima posizione sempre arieggiata e tranquilla servizio navetta, cibo buono,servizio eccellente molto gentili,tantissimo spazio e giardini molto curati

Bellissima struttura molto silenziosa ,personale molto disponibile ristorazione ottima, piscine non troppo grandi ma a mio parere perfette . In conclusione un esperienza incantevole da ripetete.

Vacances extra grâce à cet hôtel. Très beau cadre, personnel très prévenant dans une ambiance familiale et cosy. Besoin de repos et de bons repas ? Optez pour la Demi pension. Les repas du midi à la carte sont très bons et très abordables. Un grand merci à Enzo, le maître d'hôtel pour sa présence et son investissement pour notre bien-être. Amoureux des cadres romantiques et un peu suranné, c'est une très bonne adresse. Nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Posto incantevole, curato. Ottimo cibo e personale professionale. Peccato non siano previste attività dopo cena.

Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni, struttura un po’ datata ma tenuta molto bene e curata, camera confortevole con tutto il necessario, aria condizionata, sky asciugamani e terrazzino privato. Piscine con acqua termale a diverse temperature, sdraio ombrelloni e teli mare x tutti, relax garantito, con possibilità di SPA. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale in qualsiasi ambiente della struttura. Sicuramente posto da ritornare.

Belle le piscine e il giardino, molto carino il bar ristrorante sulla terrazza dove si può pranzare; ma la struttura é un po' datata e le camere (soprattutto i bagni) beneficerebbero da un riammodernamento. Mai visto un quattro stelle in cui non riforniscono i prodotti da bagno ogni giorno, si può migliorare servizio e colazione.

GOOD : Hôtel agréable avec trois bains à différentes températures, chambre très propres, bon restaurant, petite salle de fitness climatisée. BAD : aucune WIFI dans les chambres, service innaceptable au XXIe siècle surtout qu’elle est indiquée sur le site de réservation.

Ottimo hotel . Servizio eccellente, gentilezza e professionalità. Camere confortevoli e pulite . Bella location . Decisamente consigliato .
