Nice hotel to stay at Mysore

Travelled with family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children. Great lobby and valet helps greatly. Check in was smooth and staff helpful, also got an upgrade to the Suite room as booked room was not ready. Swimming pool is a great facility, however enclosed by 4 walls of the hotel. Rooms were well appointed and room amenities is of high quality.

Even though the hotel seems dated, it does have a certain appealing charm which we enjoyed. You don’t often get to stay in the palace. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely come back to this location if I’m ever back in Mysore.

Did not go out of there way to please unlike the other hotels we have stayed in on our trip to India staying in sister hotel in ooty really nice what a difference

This property publishes itself as ITC member. However, it is nowhere near the cleanliness of similar hotels.

Excellent Hotel with Proximity to important places

Comfortable bed, varied breakfast, pleasant communal area. Bathroom could use a refresh and didn’t quite match expectations of star rating, but it was just a one night stay and I slept well.

Amazing and comfortable stay with the family

Stay was excellent and house keeping staff was so amazing. Food was not great and they need to improve - brunch food was not hot at all and fresh. chicket meat was hard, sausage not fresh, fish was not freshly cooked -was rubbery, so they need to improve food big time to continue get customers to stay - no value for money in food.

We hated our stay at this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel each spring pockets on our body. Food was okay-ish but the wait and service were bad. The plates were not cleaned had food stuck from previous day, it was disgusting. Room service was super slow takes multiple request to even get some drinking water. We ordered one in room dining, they just served the food without cutleries, took another 30 minutes and multiple calls to get them. It had a kids play area but most of the toys were broken and not in use for some time.

Check in was very late at 4.30.Renovation was on late night at 1.30 am and stopped after l complained and again started at 6.30 am.
