While the hotel itself was decent, the front desk experience was very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional (the ladies) and unhelpful during check-in. I waited a long time for assistance, and when I finally received help, my concerns were dismissed with no effort to resolve them. A welcoming and responsive front desk is essential, and unfortunately this was lacking here. I would not stay again unless customer service improves.

I love this hotel! The staff is so friendly! The room was clean- it was small but just enough room for a solo traveler. The location is perfect! So close to Kennedy Park, and the Ocean!

Fab breakfast..love the fresh fruit. Great coffee too. My room was great, very clean and comfortable. I’ve found ibis hotel great value for money.

Is my second time at this hotel! The location is amazing, is a walking distance to many restaurant and shops. The only issues this time is that my room skipped services one day, but got fixed right away when i addressed this issue at the front desk. Also the ac filter i requested for a clean up.

Good place to stay

Check in was easy, staff is professional and pleasant. The bar has great drinks at reasonable to low prices. Room is big enough for 2 people with a nice bathroom. The best part was the dinner menu! The food was amazing!!!! We had noticed the dining area full, so we said, they are there for the convenience or food is good or both. Turned out to be one of the best meals in our trip! And accompanied by a small band. The location is so centric and accessible, security is high but that area is quiet and secure. For the value (less expensive than other hotels in the area); I would stay and recommend it to everyone!
