The staff was very helpful with helping us arrange a taxi for the next morning for our early flight back to Santiago. Property was clean and about a 10 minute walk from several dining options if you didn't want to eat in their restaurant.

Habitación normal, no smarth tv, cuando iba saliendo me cobraron el IVA que no me cobraron la habitación al hacer check in, llegamos y nos hicieron pasar a la habitación a las 17 de la tarde (llegamos a las 12) porque supuestamente las habitaciones estaban bloqueadas

No logré consiliar el sueño las almohadas muy grandes la cama sonaba mucho y se inundó el baño no pude bañarme

When we checked in at the regular check in time, they assigned us a room that had not been cleaned. Then they reassigned us to a room that was occupied. The third time they assigned us a room that did not have any toilet paper or toiletries. We left the property without spending the night and they did not offer a refund.

The hotel was nice, but the staff was constantly rude and undertrained. A special mention to food being way under seasoned and flavorless.

Hotel location was convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have some improvements in the options offered, as well as the coffee served.
