Clean and comfortable room. Shower wasn’t working but maintenance quickly came and fixed the problem. Pool was kid-friendly and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was spectacular! Would definitely stay again.

Took incredibly long to check in. It was storming and we arrived from a hot destination, not prepared for the weather. Staff was not empathetic and took a very long time to check us in. They seemed to blame it on our Expedia booking. Also didn’t tell us where to find the elevator and blurted our room number out loud for others to hear when I specifically asked them not to. Very disappointed with the check in.

We have only been here for 5 hours and have been continuously disappointed during the stay so far. We checked in at the front desk and were given our keys to the room only to get up there to find maintenance men working in the fully locked room. Awkward and very weird. We were booked in a room we didn’t anticipate and it smelled of cooked fish and filth. So far we have been incredibly disappointed and have been left feeling very much so less than. It is our daughter’s 16th bday celebration and we have been robbed of enjoyment so far.

Room was clean , staff good took my grandkids so we could use pool waterslides. Way to crowded and alot of children not supervised by parents. At times i was the only adult invhot tub with guite young children.

The staff was very nice. Beds comfortable
