Improve cleaness

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung und wir hatten keine größeren Probleme. Positiv ist, dass die Unterkunft bereits renoviert bzw. instand gesetzt wurde. Allerdings wirken viele Arbeiten eher provisorisch und nicht besonders hochwertig ausgeführt. Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit den Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten. Ein Check-in war erst ab 15 Uhr möglich, während man bereits um 11 Uhr auschecken musste. Ein Late Check-out war leider nicht möglich. Zudem war der Duschkopf in einem schlechten Zustand und sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem haben wir in der Unterkunft mehrere kleine Ameisen bemerkt, was ebenfalls nicht ideal war. Abgesehen von diesen Punkten war der Aufenthalt insgesamt in Ordnung. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Instandhaltung und beim Service könnte die Unterkunft deutlich besser bewertet werden.

Good property, ok location. Great view from our room. Unfortunately, our shower was broken for the first few days, but the staff fixed it immediately when we informed them! Also the room had a very unfortunate smell for most of the time we were there. Other than that, it was great!

Le ménage n'est réalisé que tous les trois jours dans la chambre L'hôtel est rempli de personnes festives ou réalisant des enterrements de vie de jeune fille vie ou de jeune garçon donc extrêmement bruyant jusqu'à tard dans la nuit

Personalen är super! Bra service och trevliga och hjälper till! Hotellet i sig är väldigt risigt och här bor mest ungdomar med party party på agendan! Vår AC fungerade inte på hela vistelsen, spruta bara ljummen luft trots att de va en montör på plats, många fulla människor i lobbyn/pool området, så hög ljudnivå! Blir ett annat boende nästa gång för mig och mina vänner

Pool area was nice. Gym looked good (I didn’t use it). Furnishings in room were cheap and getting a bit worn. Staff generally helpful and driendly, particularly in the pool bar area. Lots of students staying which made it noisy late at night. Probably the price paid matched the quality. We only needed to stay 4 nights so stay overall was satisfactory

Hotel lovely, staff great. Only ate once in the hotel, breakfast, anything hot was overcooked and cold, very disappointed and over priced if all you could eat was the cereal, fruit and rolls.

The staff and service was truly great and the best part. Lots of areas are under construction in and around the hotel, so areas were closed off and not available.

The room was in good condition except that the beds were very soft and no hot water for a shower the first day. The continental breakfast that was included actually didnt happen. The staff were all on scheduled holidays. I sent a message to the hotel checking on this but they did not respond. I only chose this hotel because i wanted breakfast.No compensation was given.We also paid for a parking but when we came back on the third night someone was parked in our spot snd they had no way of knowing who the car belonged.

Really nice hotel, would happily stay there again.

Huone oli siisti ja oikein sopiva meidän reissuun. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huone saatiin kuitenkin yli puoli tuntia myöhässä.
