Excellent location, very spacious room and above all good money for value

Ihan siisti ja asiallinen studio-huone. Siivous päivittäin. Parvekkeelta näkyi vain vastapäinen parkkitalo ja äänieristys oli huono, käytävältä todella paljon kuului meteliä. Kaksi hissiä vaan käytössä ja niiden odotteluun olisi mennyt ikuisuus. Käytin siis rappusia. Kylpyammetta ei ollut vaikka niin ilmoituksessa luki.

La habitación triple era amplia y cómoda. Nos gustó mucho que la tercera cama estuviera separada de la habitación principal y se pudiese cerrar la puerta, teniendo TV para cada cama. Además, los colchones eran cómodos (nada de sofá cama, todos iguales). Las paredes tenían algunos desperfectos (grietas), pero nada preocupante. La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Eso si, un día se les olvidó hacer la limpieza de la habitación. Tienen servicio de custodia de equipaje.

Central location. It's located in a residential building so it's difficult to know how much of it is really hotel. The room was ok, fairly spacious but the space was poorly used - they could do better than a small table and two plastic chairs - that's something for a 1 star hotel. Plenty of noise from outside. Overall no luxury but ok place to stay in the centre of Alicante.

Staff were super helpful in arranging a late checkout for us which helped make our travels stress free.

It was a lovely big room and comfy beds with a balcony. I wish it had a fridge and coffee facilities as there's plenty of room and that would be a great asset for customers. As for breakfast if we'd paid the £10 it would not be worth it BUT wether it was a blip or special deal we got it for £3.00 a couple and then made it well worth it. I would stay here again.

Room, price and location are ok, some complaints about the service though. I lost my eardbuds there. When they found them after I left, they could only send it to me if I arranged the sending from the Netherlands. I offered to pay them the costs if they could just put it in an envelop. That would have been easy and cheap. But they insist that I arrange it from the Netherlands, which would costs me more than the value of the earbuds. So far for service
