Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Clean spacious rooms. Basic but functional.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. A 5 minute walk from airport bus that runs every 15 mins. It is a huge multi storey building with 5 floors as a hotel and the rest as private apartments. I was on 2nd floor and immediately could smell sewage. Inside the room, the same smell was in the bathroom. So a drain problem throughout the building. I had no cleaning in 4 days. I didn't complain as I'm tidy and clean and had plenty towels. Breakfast was not great. No eggs. Coffee was dire. Only paid for 1 day. Plenty cafes within 5 mins walk in all directions. Easy walk 10 mins to shops, restaurants, promenade. If like me you just want somewhere to sleep and are out the rest of the time, it's perfectly fine.

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und top Location. Allerdings nur 2 langsame Aufzüge für ein Gebäude mit circa 25 Etagen. Чистый номер, хороший завтрак и отличное расположение. Однако в здании c примерно 25 этажей только 2 медленных лифта.

The room was big and comfortable and very clean

Établissement situé au cœur d’alicante , à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt notamment le grand marché central, les commerces, les restaurants et le front de mer. Idéal pour visiter la ville et les environs desservis par les différents moyens de transports. Le studio est spacieux pourvu de toutes les commodités. Le personnel professionnel, à l’écoute et très serviable. À recommander vivement !

Wow what a villa! Everything was amazing I visited here in 2025 and already want to come back! Unfortunately there are sold out for the dates I want to come :( July 2026 The staff amazing The rooms amazing. Breakfast to order every morning. Driver ready to take you to the square everyday. Massages in your room everyday! Air con in the room was amazing too. Wow what a place

Clean room with friendly cleaners, fantastic location. Odd cockroach in hallways between rooms but very rare. Only had 1 lift working so glad we were on the 1st floor.

In a good location. We left early as it was not a comfortable room. A bit misleading as photos show large building, but hotel only uses lower levels.

Three out of four elevators are not working. We’re lucky to stay on first floor. Otherwise we have to wait for the elevator at least five minutes every time to go up and down. Front desk lady is not that patient to explain the Wi-Fi connection information so we have to come to her again for the connect activities. breakfast has a variety of choices specially, gluten-free option which is good in Room amenities are simple but relatively clean except some I find a stain on one of the facial towels

Bon emplacement. Parking pas trop loin pour lequel un tarif avantageux a été négocié par l'hôtel. Chambre plutôt spacieuse avec salle de bain également d'une bonne taille Très bon rapport qualité prix à l'occasion de notre séjour.

Sentral beliggenhet, og fine rom. Ulempen er frokosten som er ganske kjip, og at dørene til rommene smeller noe voldsomt.

O quarto era bastante confortável. Foi bem pensado quanto a móveis e utensílios. Completo e acessível
